First time buyer, turned long time customer. I was a bit skeptical during the ordering of a simple chocolate cherry birthday cake when the rep who answered the phone seemed bothered or annoyed (?).. A man quickly hopped on the phone and let me know she was in training. I was able to place my order over text and pay the invoice through my phone. WOW!! Matt did an AMAZING job on my daughter’s wedding cake. It was exactly how she envisioned. He listened to all requests and details (which were A LOT) and went above and beyond our expectations. And the cake tasted amazing!! Definitely a highlight of the reception!
