“Panther City BBQ continues to be one of the most criminally overlooked spots in the Texas BBQ scene. Everything we had was phenomenal. The brisket was perfectly smoked with a beautiful bark and melt-in-your-mouth texture, the pork belly burnt ends were ridiculous, and the jalapeño mac & cheese and street corn were just as memorable as the meat. The Tex-Mex twist they bring to barbecue is awesome too; the brisket tacos and quesabirria style tacos were unreal. Fort Worth folks already know, but if you’re anywhere in DFW and haven’t made the trip yet, you’re seriously missing out. Panther City deserves way more recognition than it gets.“

“So Sweet, So Savory Kitchen and Catering catered our wedding back in November. (This is a super late posting!!) From the very beginning to the end Kim took care of us and was so on top of everything in every single way. From conversations about the type and style reception we were having, to suggestions in creating a well-rounded menu, Kim really made the planning process easy. I felt like she listened to me, she was honest and was very responsive. Leading up to the big day, I had nothing to worry about, honestly. Even though I hadn't tasted any of her food, I just knew we were going to have a great experience based on other reviews. The week before our wedding, I asked about her availability to cater our rehearsal dinner at our home, which she did. Everyone was raving about the dinner and going up for 2nd and 3rds. On the actual wedding day, we had a cocktail style reception with a variety of hors d'oeurves that her staff passed on trays. All of the hors d'oeurves we chose tasted good (shout out to the collard green egg rolls YUM), everything looks organized and pretty, her staff were super sweet and felt like family and were great with our guests. Lastly, the kitchen at the venue was spotless when they left. Honestly, on a day where there were mishaps with other vendors, we had no issues with Kim and So Sweet So Savory. I'm just trying to wait for another event we can hire her again because our experience was THAT good.“

“We found TCP Catering after our initial caterer closed down. Scott was extremely warm and welcoming. With only 2 months before the wedding, he very quickly got us scheduled for a tasting, reassuring us that even if it has been a week before the wedding he wouldve made sure we didnt go without. We LOVED the food at the tasting and Scott was so accommodating to make sure we stayed around our budget, and when we mentioned family and friends who had dietary restrictions he was more than willing to accommodate. We got married last night and to say I was blown away with everything would be a complete disservice to TCP Catering. Not only did they make the most delicious food for my guests, the presentation of the hors d’oeuvres was top notch, it made my guests feel like they were at a next level soiree! The only regret I have is not finding a way over to Mallory and her team to thank them in person!! Thank you TCP Catering!“

Antoine Hedary was so nice and gracious - so worth the money for the amount of food you get and holds up to great restaurant standard of food!
