The vibes were so good I saw people jamming out to the music it might be a loud place but not to loud. “Short version:Beautiful place, awkward start, very good food.Long Version:This visit was quite interesting. On Easter Sunday, just after noon, I expected this place to be packed. However, we were seated immediately and there were very few occupied tables. The building is very nicely done on the outside, and there is plenty of parking. Inside, it has a very elegant feel with stone and dark wood throuout and modern lighting fixtures. There is a beautiful bar set to the side with its own seating and even a semi-private area beyond it. I noticed a completely private room to the left of the entry which looks inviting for private lunch/dinner meetings. They have effectively used a lot of glass windows to create an uncongested feel.The thing that really struck me as a first impresssion is how we were seated and what happened next. Nothing. The entire restaurant is set up with completely blank tables, which creates a very uneasy feeling that we were there before they were open or ready for us. Not even a center piece or even salt and pepper. The Hostess placed a menus for the two of us and we just sat. It was very quiet and they did have music playing softly, but there was no real buzz or excitement. So, for 5 minutes we just sat. A lady did stop by and place a basket of chips and a couple small salsas and did say a polite 'hello'. Then, we continued to sit, without contact or even a napkin for 10 minutes. I only mention this because it was really uncomfotable. We saw a busser pass through and two waiters who pushed a few tables together for a 10 top family that was coming and ran food to the bar table. Still, just walking by and not even looking at us. Just odd.Finally, a waiter stopped and asked if we needed something to drink. He did not introduce himself which makes an odd situation even more odd. Yes, chips & salsa with no napkins, etc was awkward and making us thirsty. We ordered the queso with beef and sodas.Here is where it gets better. When he very quickly brought the queso he provided a utensil roll. At that time he asked about ordering. I asked for recommendations and he very estutely inquired about what I was looking for. He provided a primary and secondary recommdation. I asked about another item in comparison and he stuck with his primary as a choice, so that's what I ordered. Well done.The menu is extensive and diverse. Quite a few options.The food came out in a timely manner and both items we ordered were quite good and pleasantly suprising on portion size. Both of us could only eat about half. We had the Cocina Changa and the Pollo Moderno. We very much enjoyed the presentation and flavor or the food. The Moderno lets you create your own rolls with the pico/guac/ and the sauteed veggies or onion, mushroom and cabbage make for a fun and engaging experience and crafted to your own taste. The rice with the Moderno was delicious, too. The Changas (combo beef and chicken as our choice) were quite good and quite large. The chicken edged out the beef, I believe but both are quite good.When we werew done, the waiter brought a tray with to go containers so we didn't have to ask. Then, he took our items, packaged them for us in very nice folding boxes, added a bag of fresh chips and salsa container, and placed in a very nice to-go bag (impressive and classy).As a side note, the bathrooms were also very modern, well kept, and clean.The buzz only picked up slightly while we were there, but still remained very quiet.So even though I made some interesting observations because of the slightly odd experience, I will definetely return and recommend to others.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessable“
“So I've heard about this place. I am impressed. The atmosphere and the service were top notch. I was surprised by the never ending line. There was line outside before it opened.!Southside slammer*. It's a good starter sampler sandwich that comes with pulled pork, brisket, smoked bologna, and a sausage. I thought the meats were juicy and flavorful with smokey flavors that was not too overpowering.*I deconstructed my sandwich to individually try the meats on its own.The ribs. Smokey juicy and flavorful. Winner. I shall get a rack next time.Fyi. Line up. Expect it to be full. Menus on the wall. The name of your order is called out when it's ready. “We dined here for the first time before a concert at Dickie's arena and thought it was one of the very best meals we have ever had. The hospitality was on point from the moment we arrived. The restaurant is cozy and inviting. Because we knew we were going to indulge in dessert, we didn't order starters, but fully enjoyed the complimentary basket of fresh-baked muffins and bread. I decided on the carne asada with enchiladas for dinner and my husband couldn't resist ordering the chicken fried steak. Bring your appetite, because the portion sizes are huge! The food is absolutely delicious! Ordering from the dessert tray wasn't easy because everything looked amazing and our server's descriptions made our mouth's water. I ordered the West Texas pecan pie and my husband had the banana pudding. Both were out of this world! Definitely save room for dessert. You won't be disappointed!“
“TCP recently catered a family event and they were fantastic! Scott worked hard to help me decide what to order and was so patient with all of my questions. His staff was phenomenal the day of the event - they set everything up, maintained the buffet line, and even put the leftovers into containers for us to take home. You seriously can't beat the price for the service you receive. I wish I could give them 10 stars!“
“Went here for bowling and it was fun! The place is very clean and we got our lanes pretty fast since we reserved for a Friday night. I will say the bowling ball options were limited. We were seated upstairs (which I loved) but there were only a lot of light and heavy bowling balls not much in between. And if I did find my size the burr holes were too small or too big. So I had to share with my other party members which wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. Our lane had some issues with the bowling balls getting stuck and they added some time on our lane which was nice. All in all, I would rather go here than your traditional bowling alley. I will say there is a shorter distance to get the to beginning of the lane. But for a laid back good time, Pinstripes is where it’s at!Parking: There is a parking garage across from Pinstripes. May be harder to find street parking so I would just park in the garage.“

“Today was my first time to ever eat from this restaurant. I’ve lived in Fort Worth for 30 years so I know it’s a local favorite. The few times I’ve come in to pick up deliveries for DoorDash. It has smelled so good.I don’t have a lot of money. In fact, I’m full on, broke and struggling, but I wanted a treat , So I picked up a 4 inch cheesesteak sandwich. I didn’t see what I was getting until I got home. This is got to be the smallest inch sub I’ve ever seen. I was too hungry and tired to drive back over so I ate it. It was tasty it just that I was able to get it down in two bites. $7.48 with tip I spent for this little thing. Very disappointed.**Update- I went in to the restaurant today to show them this picture. I asked if I could have a discount on another sandwich. They were very accommodating and gave me a 10 inch sub for the price of a 7 inch sub. I think their Philly cheesesteak sandwich is awesome. Very tasty! I appreciate their willingness to accommodate.Stick with the 7 inch sub, though. That’s plenty for one person :).“

“Ok, so we went to grab breakfast before a flight out of Dallas-Fort Worth, and the place was packed. We didn't want to risk the time factor with the airlines, so we took breakfast burritos to go... they were pretty awesome, to be honest. Stuffed and full of flavor! The chorizo and juevos was great and I also enjoyed the chicharrones and juevos. Hot sauce had a kick, not too spicy; but a nice linger. Would've liked to have had a proper breakfast there; but maybe next time. Recommended.“
