We didn't have the time or energy to be able to do a full Thanksgiving but wanted to still make the day special for our favorite family members. Contacted No Worries and they were very easy to work with. We were expecting between 5-8 but purchased a meal for 12. The food was really good and my father usually does the turkey and spends so much time and energy to keep it juicy and flavorful and his first response to tasting the turkey was, "this is the best turkey I've ever had..." “I have been following ZZ’s Ice Cream journey since discovering them during a food tour in her trailer with my sisters back in 2023. The story she shared with us that day was truly inspiring, it was clear that this wasn’t just a business, but a passion built from purpose and heart.

Recently, I made the drive to her current shop in Irving, Texas. It’s a bit of a distance for me, but I truly enjoy supporting businesses like this. The new location is such a step up cute, welcoming, and in a great area.

I treated myself to butter pecan ice cream with Fruity Pebbles, and it honestly reminded me that even as an adult, it’s okay to enjoy the little things that bring happiness. I highly recommend that the business remains in this location; the community was incredibly welcoming and clearly excited to have ZZ’s Ice Cream there.

I picked up a personalized tasting box from her and brought it home. After one bite of the peaches and cream cake, Rodrigo knew that she was the one (He said: “That’s It”). We had tried so many other bakeries, but it just wasn’t right. Jana is from Brazil and does things as they do 'at home.’ This was a special piece of Brazil that was a great touch to the evening. Jana was amazing to work with and just look at the cake – it tastes even better. It didn’t last but thirty minutes after cutting the cakes. I have already ordered from Jana again for other events. Go check her out, she will blow your socks off with her flavors and is so easy to work with.“

“I have always liked schlotzskys food and this location was also good. What i want to comment on is the service and staff. When we went today and ordered the food and sat down to wait..and wait and wait I decided to ask after 20 min if it normally takes this long for the food and of course the nice lady who took our order said no and went to check. She came back and said they had not even started our order at which time I definitely got upset and asked for a refund. The manager came out and started giving excuses and due to my bad day and then this flub I wasn't even trying to listen and just kept saying give me my refund. This manager stayed fully composed during this incident, did refund all of my money even though I told him I did receive my cinnamon rolls and expected to pay for what I had gotten. After this he asked that I please give him 2 minutes and my food would be out and completely free. I did as he asked and our food was brought out promptly. To be honest I wouldn't have been able to deal with my attitude if I was in his shoes and stayed so positive. I let him know personally that he did a great job and I was sorry for loosing my composure. I also felt the need to let everyone know that this establishment has kind employees and will try to correct anything that may come up during a visit. Honestly need more people in the world with this man's positive energy. I hope his higher ups read this and praise him and his staff for the good job they do.“
