“I ate here all the time when the Casstevens family owned it and they were on the Texas Monthly BBQ radar. Had a couple of bad trips after the ownership change, but gave it a try today, and I was really glad I did. The brisket on my sandwich was moist and delicious (no sauce for me). The portion was just right for a normal human, and the lunch special came with a bag of chips and a cold, canned soft drink for only $5.99. I'll definitely be back again.“

“I stopped by Schlotzsky’s today and was so impressed. Jessica was handling both the drive-thru and the front counter all by herself, and she still gave excellent, friendly service. My order was fresh and made quickly. You could tell she genuinely cared about every customer even while juggling everything on her own. She deserves major recognition! ❤️“

“Mr. Calhoun catered our family gathering in Grand Prairie, and the food was incredible! The ribs were tender, the chicken wings were full of flavor, and the brisket was perfectly cooked. Everyone, including our family visiting from out of town, kept talking about how delicious everything was. Highly recommend his cooking for any special event!“
