“This Subway is in a Walmart, otherwise I'd probably give it all 5's. The woman who served me was very patient even though I was on the phone, and she asked me clarifying questions due to a discrepancy between the overhead sign and the cheat sheet that Subway provides to ensure that she got my order right.

I've been to a lot of Subways. Typically, their food is consistent, but their service is often atrocious. Comparatively, this one seems to rise above the others!“

“We have come to Cheba Hut with our family of five - my husband and I and our three lil kiddos - twice now and it has been the best experience both times. The food is amazing, the service is top notch and the staff is so kind and accommodating. Nowadays restaurants and their patrons tend to make families with young children feel like a bother and unwelcome — Cheba Hut’s staff is not that way! They were kind to my kids, spoke to them, made sure to ask how they wanted their food and even turned on a kids movie on the tv by our table…on top of it being the best sandwiches ever, these things are what will keep us coming back. Our three year old now asks to go to “Chee Chub” all the time. Cheba Hut is our new spot! 🤝🏼“

“I’ve been a fan of McAlister’s Deli for a long time, but have never received such exceptional service as we did today. We were planning on eating in store, but my two year old fell asleep on the way there. We pulled in to the curbside pickup lane and I ordered online, while my husband went inside to wash his hands. The associate, Rich, asked to take his order and he explained the situation. Our order was supposed to take around 10 minutes but Rich had our order out in 4 minutes and wished me a Happy Mother’s Day. I would recommend this place to anyone!“

Preferably I don’t eat meat. Only tuna fish when I shop there….and those two gentlemen are amazing when it comes to the customer service. “I literally ate the best spicy Italian sub I’ve ever had. I wish I knew the ladies name who made it but she’s a little bit older black lady with grey hair. She was extremely nice and welcoming. I never comment on anything but the sub was that good. It wasn’t messy, proportioned perfectly and looked amazing when I opened it. You can tell she really cares about the quality of her work. You’re amazing, thank you!“

“The men working today 5/8 around 11:45 am/12 were absolutely wonderful! Adam was the only name I was able to see the name tag for as he assisted us with our initial order at the cash register, but all the guys working were great! Adam even came to wipe off our table when he noticed it hadn’t been wiped down yet. Although we were already sitting there and didn’t even notice, I just thought that was especially diligent of him and so kind. All of the guys working were busy doing something at all times while we ate there, but I observed they are running a smooth operation together. Despite the business of to-go order pick ups and back to back orders/customers, they maintained their kindness and friendliness! Thank you all for a great lunch. :)“

“The second I walked in the employee, who I think is the manager, greeted me and was very attentive to me. Quick service and great conversation. I have never sent a review for a subway but while I dined in the pretty much cleaned the entire store, washed all the dishes and gave excellent customer service to about 6 other customers. “This Jimmy John’s was an okay stop, but it didn’t really match the “fast” reputation. The sandwich was made correctly and tasted fine, but the bread felt a little stale and the fillings were uneven—one half had most of the meat and toppings. The shop looked clean, but the line moved slowly and the staff seemed a bit distracted during the rush. For the price, it’s acceptable when you need something quick, but it wasn’t consistent enough to be a go-to. I’d try it again, but I’m not in a hurry to return.“

“Yesterday I went to McAlister’s Deli and ordered a Southwest Chicken & Avocado Salad as a to-go order, but we were accidentally given the Savannah Salad instead. Normally that wouldn’t have been a big issue, but I specifically ordered the other salad because I cannot stand blue cheese — and the Savannah Salad was full of it, so unfortunately I couldn’t eat it at all.

I called them this morning, and they were incredibly sweet, polite, and professional. Without any hesitation, they immediately offered to refund the money when we came by. We actually chose not to take the refund and instead sat there and enjoyed the Southwest Chicken Salad and soup for lunch.

That kind of customer service and professionalism is honestly rare these days. I’m really proud of McAlister’s Deli and the way they do business. Excellent customer service and a wonderful experience.“

“I see so many bad reviews of this place but I’m so confused! This was my first time at this location and it couldn’t have been better. The service was so quick and polite. Now, I’m not one to write reviews but this sandwich was the best I’ve ever had from Jimmy John’s- ANY location. Hands down the best! I get an unwich every time and 98% of the time they just throw the stuff together and call it a sandwich. My sandwich was so neat and perfect this time around. “Shout out to the man, the myth, the legend, Matthew! He was the only one working when I had to place a large order. He didn’t even flinch when I handed him the 2 page order. He was super attentive, and clarified on confusing specifications. He got straight to work making the 14 or 15 sandwiches. He absolutely went above-and-beyond by labeling everything, and separating the orders according to the requests on the paper. I was shocked when he appeared next to me with the large order in his hands, and asked where I was parked so he could carry the order for me. Sandwiches were successfully delivered, and were all correct down to the smallest details. Needless to say, those sandwiches were toast after my crews got ahold of them. Again, major props to Matthew. He is amazing. We will definitely order from this location in the future.“
