I love Schlotzskys! Their whole menu is delicious. My daughter loves their little pizzas!
Always good food. I wonder though why some fast food places will put the end slice of a tomato on a sandwich. So...4 stars for food. Service was a bit slow as they were working the drive thru and they cannot see when someone is waiting in the lobby. After 5 minutes we stepped around the corner and waved down 1 of the line workers who then got us a cashier. 4 stars. The restaurant was clean but most of the flavored lemonade dispensers were empty so we got fountain drinks instead....read full review
The employ here was amazing, the person in front of us ordered a lot and took a long time, so we were behind them for a while. But the employee was so nice and compensated by giving us barbecue chips and saying sorry when it wasn’t his fault. Plus we left are card AND HE RAN OUT TO STOP US AND GIVE IT TO US!!! 5/5 amazing service.

Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli has friendly employees and management who are eager to help. The service is on time and done with a smile. If an order is wrong, they will make it correct. However, some reviews note shrinkflation, with one combo and three sandwiches costing $51, and the originals having the least meat ever seen. A Honey Mustard Club Sub was smaller than a sub at Subway with no condiments. On a positive note, a personal pizza without cheese came with extra meat, and delicious sandwiches and salads are well served, with a couple of slices of bread with butter. This location is a discreet and well located place.
