Little Caesars Reviews
Waited in the drive thru for OVER 45 min. Knocked on the window and after 3 times the “manager” told me she would NOT come to assist me. Went inside, and still just as rude.
I will not be using them again. It’s not worth saving a few bucks!
we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. She should be fired and that store should be watched closely to monitor quality or be shut down. This...read full review
Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.

Little Caesars Pizza is a popular local restaurant that provides a decent dining experience, according to customer reviews. The pizza is generally considered good, with one customer even stating it's the "best Pizza Place In Lakeworth and Fort Worth combined." However, the restaurant can sometimes struggle with long wait times, especially when it’s busy, due to a lack of employees.
Despite these occasional issues, the staff is praised for their friendly and helpful demeanor. The manager, Bianca, is particularly highlighted for providing excellent customer service, even going so far as to replace a customer's pizza that fell on the ground. Recently, E was noted for giving top-notch service, being gracious, quick, and attentive, even bringing a pizza out to a car with a smile. The restaurant is also recognized as being kid-friendly, with the staff providing a cookie to a child who was becoming upset.
While the food is appreciated, some customers mentioned that the drive-thru can be confusing and short. One customer noted that the staff member at the drive-thru could have been more welcoming but handled the order politely. Overall, Little Caesars Pizza is a reliable option for those in the area, offering solid pizza and good customer service, though the wait times and drive-thru experience can vary.
