I ordered online a stuffed crust. Half Hawaiian add bacon and half cheese… I got a full Hawaiian with bacon and my pizzas were left on the counter while my breadsticks were made. Unfortunately, I keep getting the runaround and cannot contact the store directly and the order line cannot help me so I’m out a cheese pizza and now my daughter gets chicken nuggets while everybody else gets pizza. What a bummer!
Horrible! I called to place a order and the dumb a$$ customer service rep over charged me. Why is it going to somewhere else to place a order instead of the actual store? They said it was going to be ready in 20 mins but it took a hour to be ready. Im calling to have them refund my money but im literally getting sent back and between customer service reps. This is horrible customer service. I want to speak to a manager! Why is that so difficult?!

I ordered on the app twice and both times when I ordered stiffed crazy bread they gave me regular bread sticks.Otherwise, one of the managers seemed hostile to her staff for learning.

Took over 40 minutes to get 1 regular pepperoni pizza and 1 order of crazy bread. The manager was so rude and kept slamming things and yelling rudely to her employees.

No one really goes to Little Caesars because the pizza tastes exceptionally good. They go because it's cheap and ready when you order it. And that is no longer the case. The price has gone up to $7 for a classic pizza and the wait is consistently 20 to 30 minutes. It's no longer worth it.
