I had an awesome waiter, Sean, and excellent food, fried catfish, tonight! I sure enjoyed my experience, and was more than happy/satisfied when I left. You have a gem of an employee who you need to utilize in your training and/or management program. He is definitely an asset to Cracker Barrel!! Give that young man a raise and promotion ?!
Cracker Barrel manager and staff went over and beyond to make sure my family had a wonderful Easter. I ordered online, but mistakenly didn’t follow through. As a result, I had no order to pick up as I thought I did. When I realized my mistake the manager graciously offered to fill my order from my phone anyway, only because they had enough extra at the time.
