Went there shortly after it opened. It was a saturday so there were tons of people. We put our name on the waiting list so we did not have to wait that long after arriving. Our server was so friendly and took her time to explain things on the menu, even though she had a lot of tables to serve. I absolutely love Cracker Barrel. Although We had never been to this one before my son and I where in the neighborhood so we decided to dine in while traffic die down. Food was okay except the biscuits they were hard and cold. And the service not very good our waitress never came back to check on us I had to call her back to refill my water and then she brought us the check right away. We tried to order online with a gift card from Cracker Barrel, only to find out there is no place to use a gift card online. We had to phone in our order and then go inside in order to use our gift card. The people inside were wonderful and knew about not being able to use our gift card online.On the back of the Cracker Barrel gift card it states you can use this online, but you cannot.Our food was just OK, but the condiments were not packaged well and the cocktail sauce leaked...read full review
