Went there shortly after it opened. It was a saturday so there were tons of people. We put our name on the waiting list so we did not have to wait that long after arriving. Our server was so friendly and took her time to explain things on the menu, even though she had a lot of tables to serve. We did have to wait a little bit for the food to come out, but that is totally normal when the place is packed. The food was delicious as always and I just love the shop in the front. Will definitely come back!

I absolutely love Cracker Barrel. Although We had never been to this one before my son and I where in the neighborhood so we decided to dine in while traffic die down. Food was okay except the biscuits they were hard and cold. And the service not very good our waitress never came back to check on us I had to call her back to refill my water and then she brought us the check right away. I had thought about ordering some pancakes to go but that just made us get up and go. I almost didn't leave her a tip. But I'm a better person than that. Maybe because we didnt look like the majority of the clientele. Or whatever reason we shouldn't have to be treated that way. I will say the one who check us out (i don't remember his name )he was very nice and polite he even help me sign up for the rewards. Thank you!

We tried to order online with a gift card from Cracker Barrel, only to find out there is no place to use a gift card online. We had to phone in our order and then go inside in order to use our gift card. The people inside were wonderful and knew about not being able to use our gift card online.On the back of the Cracker Barrel gift card it states you can use this online, but you cannot.Our food was just OK, but the condiments were not packaged well and the cocktail sauce leaked all inside the sack.The breading on the chicken was so thick, it was not crispy and then to make matters worse, they put the gravy on top of the chicken on a take out order, instead of putting it on the side.

Took the family last night, everything was great. The fried chicken BLT was the best sandwich we have had in a long time. The table also got chicken fried chicken smothered in gravy with loaded mash potatoes. The chicken was so tender, juicy and golden brown that it just fell apart no knife needed. We will go back just for that chicken and sandwich. Also want to say that the chicken fried chicken was a great size and the biscuits they serve just melt in your mouth.

We love Cracker Barrel but can’t stand this horrible location. We have ordered 8 different orders from DoorDash (I know I should have stopped after the first one). Every order has been wrong. We got one order missing an Entree, Multiple orders missing sides, completely wrong meals, missing bread, you name it! This location can’t get one order correct. I spend over $60 ordering from here each time and can’t get one order correct. Today was my final breaking point. I ordered Fried Okra. Well they gave me literally 4 small burnt pieces of fried okra. See the picture. I ordered a large sweet tea and got a small sweet tea. We ordered Macaroni and Cheese and both orders were 50% black burnt and gross. Another $60 down the drain! We complained to DoorDash multiple times but clearly they haven’t told any competent manager so this issue can be addressed. They need to hire a manager with experience who knows how to run a restaurant. The food was gross tonight. I just wish they can get 50% of our orders correct but right now they are 0 of 8. I don’t know why the food was so gross tonight but this is horrible!

I was very disappointed. The food was not up the the standards I’m use to with this brand and I found a hair in my Mac and Cheese. The waitress’s and managers response was to remove it from my bill and bring me more Mac and Cheese. But since it was a side on my meal it didn’t make a difference in my bill. So I find a hair in my food and I still pay full price. That is not right. It will be a while before I return to this location.

We had a great experience at this Cracker Barrel, far better here then others I've been to.Parking: There's plenty of parking. Not for rvs that I saw or big rigs but cars will have no trouble finding a spot. It is adjacent to the outlet mall so there's big parking lots there also.

Came in on a Monday for dinner. Not busy but the staff was great. The food tasted delicious and came out very hot!
Seems the portions are smaller. I did like that I got 2 biscuits instead of a corn bread. But I asked for more butter and she never brought it. She actually never checked on me after she dropped off the bill. I needed a refill on my drink but she wasn’t around.
