Alexis was shorthanded on the day I visited... but she was professional, caring and extremely patient and calm. There were short lines but the customers all came in wanting a brief service to get on with their day. She satisfied everyone's needs to the best of her ability and I watched her patiently as she had back orders she was still trying to put in to take care of guests that were waiting. Very clean store, nice staff, and if you call ahead they will tell you when the next fresh pretzels are going to be done. They have good traffic flow so the pretzels are always pretty fresh.
