Opus Reviews
Excellent service, especially from jasmine! Very Elegant setting.
Only downs:
1. A bit pricey for the level of food quality: vegetables and desserts were quite acceptable.
2. Fish was a bit warm--Not hot-- Slightly overcooked and second tier in quality.
3. Pretty major diarrhea the following morning. It may have come from this soup, which backed up on me during the meal, nearly forcing me into the lavatory between courses.
Wonderful buffet dinner before a show at the Meyerson. Beef tenderloin and salmon were both very good. The bread pudding with bourbon sauce for dessert was amazing! Service was outstanding.
We were amazed at the variety of foods that were presented. All delicious! If you are a meat eater, beef roast, salmon chicken and breakfast meats. If you are vegetarian, so much to choose from. Del opus fruits and cheese as well and the delicious soup. The desserts were exceptional! The music was wonderful- the piano player played beautifully!

Opus, located within the Symphony Orchestra building, offers a delightful dining experience before performances. The restaurant boasts a nice atmosphere with live music and a sunny interior, creating a pleasant ambiance. The food is generally delicious, with highlights including fresh and well-cooked beef, as well as great soup, salads, and desserts. However, the price for the amount of food and selection may not be ideal for some. Dietary restrictions are accommodated, with gluten-free options available. Parking is available in the paid lot across the street, and the venue is wheelchair accessible with ramps and elevators. Overall, Opus provides a convenient and enjoyable dining option for symphony-goers, though the value may not suit all budgets.
