“My nephew and I dined here for the first time.Impressive! Excellent service and amazing food! He had the Maple grilled salmon on wood plank and I had the blackened redfish tacos. Absolutely the best fish tacos I have ever eaten.Tony was our server and could not have asked for anyone better! Professional, kind, courteous and friendly. We will return! Highly recommend dining here.“
“I really liked the place, the atmosphere and the food. The waitress who served me was very friendly, she recommended everything from drinks to desserts. Thank you Isamar for your service. Just as a suggestion: the music was very loud and I had to raise my voice a lot to speak.“
“I have driven by this place many times but was just too busy to stop and eat. We decided to give this place a try and were surprised to see the parking lot was full.Even though it was busy, we were seated immediately. Drinks were ordered and delivered quickly. Our waiter introduced himself as “Crazy Aaron” ?? and proceeded to take our orders without writing anything down and got it 100% right! The food arrived at an average time. My partner ordered chicken tacos and I had the salmon with rice and asparagus. My partner did not like the tacos, which appeared to be drenched in a mayonnaise like sauce. The salmon was good but a bit dry. The rice was amazing and spicy. The asparagus was cooked well. I apologize for no pics of the food, as they came out blurry. We will be back to try some different dishes. My hat is off to “Crazy Aaron” - Give this awesome guy a raise!!“
“I was there on a Saturday afternoon with a diverse group of people celebrating birthdays. The staff attended us fairly well, but not with warmth. I had the brunch fried oyster omelet with arugula salad. Both were excellent! The oysters were fresh and very lightly battered and the combination very tasty. The view near the canal is outstanding! I hope to return to try the cioppino someday.“
“Shrimp po boy and jambalaya pasta was great!! I didn’t think I’d like this sort of food but it was amazing! Definitely will be going back. Pasta was delicious and so was the po boy, fries were a lil soft for my liking but fiance loved them. They were seasoned well. Server was a lil shy and quiet but overall great experience.“
“Went to Empress of China last night. Great because my wife likes Chinese dishes and I prefer Japanese or Thai. They offer all three.Sandi had an egg roll and Kung Pao chicken. All were hot, fresh and delicious. Chicken pieces were good size and veggies were bright and crisp.I had a Rainbow Roll, a few pieces of Sashimi and Padd See Ew with Shrimp. The Thai flat noodles were great. Dish was sauced well but not too much and delicious. Sushi roll and Sashimi were all fresh and prepared well. Service was great. Nothing special about the ambience but restaurant was clean and well lit. We will be back.“

“A good night at Hugo's. Our usual local hangout when we have out of town guests.Pork Belly was succulent and such a generous portion for an appetizer.Beef cheek Barbacoa is always one of our FAVs.Pork Tomahawk was cooked to perfection and juicy as was the skate which we love“
“I thought i would go to an avervage dinner night WRONG,...i walked into a smell of delicious food, clean tables all around, smiles and a friendly staff...the menu had something for everyone and a price point unheard of for the qualitly of the food i received.Everything was made fresh in front of me.Tender seafood, i had a thick tastey homeade salsa, the best perfectly cooked fried seafood not oily at all perfect batter combo. Street tacos were like being back in cozumel, and spicy pinto beans to die for. They even customized food for a preference not listed on the menu. Please do yourself a favor and dont waste your time or money on another bad service or mediocre food at applebees or chilis on beltline.... This is the ABSOLUTE BEST FOOD i have had in irving, Tx in years. Congratulations to the staff and managers it looks newly reonovated yall are doing a great job its worth the drive, clean bathrooms clean tables and its worth every penny i spent friday night... will be back again loved the music and had a blast... Cheers“
“Dinner at Saltgrass was great!I had the Texas Tbone, the House salad and a side of sweet potato fries, as well as the grilled pineapple margaritas ?It was all delicious and affordable.I drove a long way to have dinner there and it was totally worth it.“
“This particular long John silver goes above and beyond. I have visited twice both times I've placed my order, set my keys and phone on the table I wish to sit. Go in to the restroom to wash my hands. When I come back, the counter person has actually brought my food to my table for me.“
“I had an amazing experience at Blue Crab! Could not explain how delicious was their sauce and seafood boil! My favorite of all, was probably the Combo A they had! The service was also very nice and was very welcoming! Most definitely would come here again!!“
“The vibe and customer service is great. I've been coming here for many years and I love how clean & convenient they are. The only thing I would change is adding peppers, pickles, and/or lemons with the plates. That's the only reason I give them a 4 star, though. Other than that, it's one of the best around.“
“This is the best Indian restaurant I've been to so far. The food was really really good. We had the Hyderbadi Lamb Biriyani, Hyderbadi Goat Biriyani, Poori with potato masala, Gobi Manchurian for the main meal, and had Mango Kulfi ice cream as well as Gulab Jamun as the desserts. The servings were in generous amounts, and the food was really delicious. Even the pieces of meat in the Biriyani were very flavorful and had a coating of texture like there were sauted in a pan... I can't rave enough about the food. Our best complements to the chef!! We are indeed very glad we stumbled upon this gem in the heart of Irving. We will be back, and that's a fact!! This was a very easy 5 STARS!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“
“Oh, Adam F. . . .Adam, our server, was a treasure last night. I had four guests with me at Tesar's new restaurant on the Ritz Carlton LC's property (formerly the Four Seasons), and we were consistently delighted by every course we shared.A family-style, sharing experience for many of the larger dishes, Knife Italian is, according to Adam (oh, Adam . . .), an interpolation of Tesar's family recipes mixed with modern cuisine's many techniques and presentations. Fear not, however: none of the foods were inherently "new," but really tweaked representations of classics. We had the following menu after the amuse bouche of fava beans and aged balsamic dressing:Kingfish with mussel bearnaise and caviar (light and delightful) Burrata salad (while burrata is great, it really was the tomatoes here that shined)Charcuterie board (tasty and varied)Potato gnocchi with shaved truffles (a MONSTER, and, all things considered, the table's favorite for the night)Eggplant parm (mine's just as good *sigh*, but almost reaffirming in its simple, flavorful preparation)120-day aged ribeye (essentially, a smaller take on bistecca fiorentina, and very satisfying)All were tremendous dishes with great skill in preparation. I was a little disappointed in the wine menu, but it's just been open for three days. While they had some fine selections, I would greatly encourage the ownership and the sommelier (a delightful, young professional who was acquiescent enough to chat about a common acquaintance we shared) to explore getting some Sicilians, Sardinians, and other wines on their menu.In summary, a really lovely night of food, warmth, and drink. I'm returning in the not-too-distant future to sample different things and recall some faves from last night's bacchanal. Also, Adam's the man.*update your Google profile, KE . . . menu options in the review don't correlate to your menu.Vegetarian options: Ask the server.“
