“Dinner was excellent! The best crab cakes ever. I really enjoyed the Cioppino with lots of seafood and a wonderful spicy tomato broth. The ambience of the restaurant is also very special. Most of the finer steak restaurants today are very loud and lack a warm inviting atmosphere.“

“The chashu pork was succulent, tonkotsu was delicious, black fungus was excellent, and egg was perfect. Super delicious, and served hot. This place has some of the finest Ramen in the country.“

“I didn’t know smoking is still allowed inside a restaurant or bar in some places. I guess I’ve lived in places that don’t allow it for so long it is a rude awakening to open a door and smell smoke. Disgusting. They do have an outdoor seating area.
That being said, I stayed and had a $4 draft beer and a French Dip Hoagie with fried onion pedals. The fried onion pedals were awesome and the French dip was pretty darn good, too. The au jus was great without being overly salty like some places.
Service was friendly and prompt. I took 2 stars off of atmosphere for the smoking. If you don’t mind that, you would likely give it 5 stars for bar atmosphere.“

“Came here 5 years ago for a trip with my boyfriend, and we came back today celebrating a year of engagement!! This place has always been amazing in every aspect, but the slight differences we noticed were so incredible. Emilia was a fantastic waitress being both energizing and attentive! I’m so thankful we made this our first stop in, and it will definitely be our last stop out!!“
