“I cannot say good things about this place enough!!!! It was the most amazing crawfish I’ve ever had in my LIFE!!!! Whatever they’re doing they’re doing it right ?? our server was the best too!! Brought us napkins and laid it over our shoulder because our hands were dirty. Also brought us hot towels at the end. I wish I remembered his name but he was great. We came from Galveston TX area and I definitely had to take the time to give them a good review.“

“Met some friends here for dinner. The 4 of us got the sack #9 and we ate till we couldn't possibly eat any more. It was an amazing amount of food.My favorites were the lobster tails, and the sausage... But that's not to say that everything that arrived at our table wasn't absolutely top notch. The seasoning and spice level was perfect in my opinion.The staff was very attentive with checking on us and refilling our drinks. The atmosphere was pretty chill. The bathrooms were clean. After we were finished we set at the bar for a few drinks and the servers were more than accommodating.I absolutely would recommend and if I'm ever in Addison again I'm definitely stopping here.“

“Got the fish with the shrimp and I must say the food was A1. This is not a fast food joint. You gone wait for your food. But it’s definitely worth it. Kinda expensive but what’s not high these days with inflation. But you get what you pay for. I order a 2 piece and couldn’t even eat it all. Sat in my car and ate it due to be from across town and I wanted to eat it fresh. If I’m ever on this side of town again with my wife I’ll def stop by. Just hate we can’t dine in. “I have been to the absolute best Mexican restaurants in the northeast but none of them compare to Pappasito’s. The service was second to none and the food was absolutely fresh and top shelf. The price was much less than what you get in return. I rarely eat out but now I will be there at least once a week. Well done.“

“During my lunch break, I decided to check this place out. This place is across the street from a high school. I said if there are a lot of teens in here , the food will most likely will be good.I walked in and there were quite a few teens. I asked a group of boys if the chicken is good, they all immediately replied yes.The chicken, fries was seasoned very well and fresh. I went back after work to take dinner home for my family. I would recommend.“

“We love coming here as a group to have conversations, catch up with each other, etc. Good is always great. On Thursdays now they have Music Bingo. Unfortunately, it gets so loud between the emcee and the music, we couldn't hear other talk at all. We were in the lower area but that didn't save us. We'll need to find another place to eat on Thursday nights.“

“Eating here is an absolute pleasure. I came with friends, and we had the shrimp etouffee, seafood combo basket, fried chicken basket, and the beignets. The portions were huge and filling, and most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious. The shrimp etouffee was rich, well spiced, and generous with the shrimp; the fried baskets were fresh and not greasy; and the beignets were fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. You can really tell that the awesome chef/owner has spent almost half of his life in New Orleans from how it tastes. It's really properly home cooked food, and was well worth the drive from UTD. I highly recommend anyone looking for proper authentic Cajun food go here.“

“I was there for Neo Soul Sunday. Prior to my visit, I read the dress code rules and planned accordingly. However, upon arrival, I see athletic wear, sleeveless shirts, sagging pants, etc. So the dress code is clearly not enforced, but they do enforce the no re-entry policy. Make sure you have everything you need because as soon as the wristband is on, you're locked in... lolValet was nice, bartenders and wait staff were cool, drinks are mid -strawberry swirl margarita topped with an extra shot of Grand Marnier??, atmosphere is decent- be careful of the wooden benches if your clothing is thin due to splinters, restrooms are (for the most part) clean, and music was on point! A couple of my peers ordered food, so I know for sure the brisket fries were good, but the wings weren't memorable.“

“10 out of 10. We come here often but tonight I felt like I needed to leave a review. Everything was so delicious. We ordered 2 pounds of boiled shrimp and we ordered it extra spicy and juicy and they gave me exactly that. Extremely satisfied. Definitely recommend.“

“I can't even put in to words in insanely good the food is here. Boiled crawfish were seasoned so perfectly, every single one was a morsel of delight. The catfish was the best I've ever had, cooked just right, so well seasoned.. I just can't express it. I will be coming back and working my way through the menu. “Completely amazing. Our server was David he served me and my grandfather the night we came. We ordered a crawfish, shrimp, potato, corn, and crab bowl and he warned us that the amount of food would have been a lot which was good because we wouldn’t have been able to eat 2 bowls if we ordered separately. He engaged in conversation with us and all in all was actually a pretty cool guy. He stopped by our table like 50 times? which was good because he was making sure we didn’t need anything. Definitely one of my favorite servers in my life and I’ve been to some top need places. He’s what I feel the ideal server should be. Food was exquisite and you know it was good cause me and my grandfather ain’t say a word the whole time we ate beside the occasional *grunt* and nod of our heads to signal that the food was great. This place has been our hotspot for a while and will continue to be, I’m definitely coming back.“

“Came here for Valentines day with my kids. Food is always on point. We get the King Crab legs with Shazam Sauce. Its spicy but delicious. A dozen of the charbroiled oysters. I will say it's a bit pricey but a good treat. Servers seems overwhelmed and short but staffing is not their fault. I reccomend visiting.“

“I had a craving for fish and decided to check out catfish house since it is local to us. We’ve passed by the place for two years since living in the area and I’m so glad we stopped by. The food did not disappoint. My husband and I enjoyed our meals. We each ordered a catfish and shrimp basket with salad and coleslaw. The food was fresh to order and delicious. “When in season, this place has some of the BEST crawfish in the metroplex at an affordable price. I usually get the extra spicy garlic. This spice is quite flavorful. The service is usually fast and friendly. The ambiance is plain. There is not much to view. Most people that don't live nearby order and take-out. If you like crawfish you must try this place when they are in season. Enjoy.“

“I got the 2 piece catfish with okra, cotton candy daq & funnel cake with caramel on the side. I asked to fry my okra hard and I got exactly what I asked for. The fish was fried to perfection & the cotton candy daiquiri was FIRE! ? excellent service. Definitely get the NO experience in Dallas.“

“My daughter & I came here for lunch on a Friday right after they opened. We were greeted fairly quickly and was allowed to sit where we wanted to, which I really appreciated, Thank you! I'm sorry I don't remember our server's name but he was really friendly and helped us decide how spicy was too spicy. We didn't get the spiciest one but we got the one just under the habanero one & it was perfect... for my daughter. It was a smidge too spicy for me. lol We shared a Bering Sack for $33 (crab legs, shrimp, corn & potatoes) & that is the perfect size for two people. Will definitely visit again soon!“

“I picked up my friend from her job. We went to eat at Rockfish before I took her home. I had never eaten there but I can say the food was great. I had the fried shrimp basket. I would have liked the french fries a little crispier. The jalapeno hush puppies were very good, not too spicy. I like to taste the food, not all the heat, If you know what I mean.Dietary restrictions: The food is, I believe, Cajun based. I have no dietary restrictions, so I did not really look for options.Kid-friendliness: It could be kid friendly. “Food quality here is great and typically large in size. However, I ordered to-go for my birthday on the 15th and did not receive my two corns. Normally i’d understand, but I ordered my sides (corn, potatoes, sausage) separately from my seafood in butter sauce and they gave me the potatoes and sausage…so like that made no sense. Boudin balls usually come with two sauces recently but we were only given one. They also could not find my order because I accidentally ordered off of this email and it doesn’t say my real name, but the card I purchased with does. So even though that was mainly fault, I just thought it was a glitch or something rather than on my end, initially since they told my sister that no order was placed.“
