Have taken many friends here, which turns out to be one of their FAVORITE places. Try it, you might just find YOUR new "favorite" place too.Parking: Lot next to Faust Funeral home (right across street from Big Fish) has handicap and open parking FREE. Also, free parking about a block behind Big Fish. Certainly worth the "extra" effort to find parking.“
“Such a great atmosphere with such friendly staff! Has that perfect small town restaurant vibe that fits perfectly on Main St.It’s a smaller restaurant in a busy area so make sure to grab a reservation, especially around the holidays. We came in without and had to wait a little to be seated with our large party, but it gave us a great excuse to walk around Main and see all the Christmas decorations.Everything we had was delicious, but I have to recommend the bread pudding French toast and the biscuits, sausage & gravy. Ended up having to share both with the entire table!“
“I was shopping at the Grapevine mall while on business for work and went through the food court. I walked right by this place and would have kept walking but a guy was giving out free samples. Genius! I tried the Cajun shrimp and bourbon chicken and ended up getting both in a combo with some yummy lo mein. Cajun shrimp was just a little spicy not too much for me and the bourbon chicken was like teriyaki chicken but sweeter and delicious. If you are in the mall check it out! Try the free sample if you want to be sure.“
“We brought our son here for his birthday, and it was a great experience. We went on a Tuesday, so the crowd was minimal. Our server was amazing and had fantastic customer service.The food was delicious. We tried the fried Alligator, the fried pickles, and the stuffed shrimp. All were good. We will be coming back.“
“Pappadeaux at DFW is an escape from the chaos of the airport. The food is excellent, and the service is even better! Miguel provided great service, and the manager accommodated my shellfish allergy and made this a 5/5 experience. Highly recommend stopping by if you have time!“
“The other half and I had a craving for crab legs yet we were unsure as to where to go. We landed on King Crab House in Hurst. The food and the service were incredible. Tein was our waitress and she was phenomenal. We had ordered crab legs and shrimp in their house sauce and a po boy and it was bang up. Such an awesome experience we had to share with the owner. We will certainly be back when the other half has another hankering for seafood.“
“Consistently good service and great food. I have been to this location numerous times and overall it is always an enjoyable visit. We started our meal with the calamari appetizer. Calamari is well cooked and the dips it is accompanied by complement the flavors well. For my meal I had the salmon entree with crawfish tails and shrimp. The sauce this entree comes with is the star of the dish. The salmon was cooked well, but the portion size seemed off and smaller than a normal entree at most locations. The green beans side is fairly bland, unless you mix with the sauce on the plate. Service was on point and I never had to wait for a drink. Great spot to grab a bite before a flight. Highly recommend!“
“Interesting place. The food was really good. Prices are high, in line with a premium place like Pappadeaux. But, the portions were large. However, the atmosphere does not match the food quality. Feels like a Jasons Deli on the inside. Also, not a fan of them literally holding an iPad in front of you waiting for tip and payment without a chance to review items/charges. Asked if they could print ticket to look at - no problem, but waiter seemed a little annoyed.“
“During my lunch break, I decided to check this place out. This place is across the street from a high school. I said if there are a lot of teens in here , the food will most likely will be good.I walked in and there were quite a few teens. I asked a group of boys if the chicken is good, they all immediately replied yes.The chicken, fries was seasoned very well and fresh. I went back after work to take dinner home for my family. I would recommend.“
