“We tried the Cajun shrimp, and it was absolutely delicious! The shrimp were fresh, soft, and perfectly cooked. The Cajun seasoning was full of flavor and had just the right amount of spice. We enjoyed it so much that we came back for a second visit, and it was just as good as the first time.The restaurant has a nice seating area with a comfortable atmosphere. The customer service was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Overall, we had a great dining experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves seafood.“

“My first visit, did not know this place existed. Catfish was so good the best I've had in Dallas since Catfish Smith. I have been paying $$$ for food that didn't even come close. Very Cajun...ate there and got food to go total 4 meals but didn't break me. I will be a regular.“

“I normally don’t eat gumbo, but their’s is amazing. It’s very flavorful! It was plenty of meat. I also had fish, shrimp, and rat toes. The rat toes are always spicy. The drink I ordered was a Blue Mofo, and was strawberry flavored. 10 out of 10 for everything! Our server was AC. He was top notch! He was attentive and friendly.“

“I was in the area and I wanted some Mexican food so found out El Fenix was not there, so I seen The Hen House and I stopped by. I was not disappointed, the fish had so much flavor also the Mac & cheese fried nuggets were good. Most definitely bringing La Familia to try it out. Thank you Kay for being so nice and the other gentleman for going around to ask if I needed anything. I am really big on customer service and I give this place 5 stars. “The crawfish (especially the Who Dat style) are SO good. The charbroiled oysters are heavenly. We also love the hushpuppies and Jambalaya egg rolls! They have Happy Hour starting at 4pm, with specials on several menu items. The servers are all super nice and friendly. We always leave there happy and full!“

“One of the best seafood restaurants in the country. Whenever I am in town I always stop by this restaurant. And we usually order fried calamari and crab spinach dip for starters. Now main dish of choice depends of what we’re craving. Their lobster bisque remind me of home. They have huge portions (everything bigger in TEXAS) and great variety of seafood meals to pig out on. “first off.....we have been going next door to this place for years for my kids....so today my 12 yr old twins said can we have seafood , so we went here a gem hidden next to pizza place...The food was phenomenal, my kids had dungeons crab shrimp corn potato in garlic butter, I had shrimp sausage corn potato.....with the Cajun full mix medium spicy and it was superb, I have eaten at the other boil type restaurants and this one was the best , service , taste, super clean place , even bathrooms were spotless.. this place is my new fave and a hidden gem....I give 5 stars and A++ for the cleanest place in DFW, GARLAND....HIGHLY RECCOMEND“

“Typical sports bar. Food is ok, nothing to complain about. They have nice specials for game days (cowboys & saints). Wish they would allow samples of beers before to buy but that’s not a major issue. Overall decent place to go if in the area.“
