We came here for Easter dinner with my family. We have never dined out on a holiday weekend as I know restaurants can overwhelmed; however, having dined at Perry's several times before I did expect the same level of service I have always received. Today's dinner was terrible. Our server Ivan and the female manager in the back dining room from 3-4pm were the most unprofessional service people I have ever encountered. Today i decided to try
Perry’s for the first time, I was very excited because I have heard nothing but great reviews about this establishment. I ordered the red snapper with chive mash potatoes. As I bit down into my mash potatoes I unfortunately discovered a huge screw. I was in AW, this has never happened to me before. Regrettably I will not be back at Perry’s. Would not recommend.
We were celebrating two birthdays and my daughter stopped at the restaurant to make reservations in person for 10-12 people. They had her sign a contract, then the day of the celebration we arrived a few minutes early (thank goodness) we were told that our reservation been cancelled! We never received any emails, texts or phone calls from anyone.
They were able to make a makeshift table for us not comfortable at all.
