Unbelievably delicious food, with the drink selection to match! The atmosphere feels modern and very upscale. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and equally courteous. The desserts were absolutely worth every calorie, and make you want to order more! I'm definitely a regular now!

Holy cow. What a uniquely horrid dining experience. Came here with 8 ppl (4 kids) at 715 last Thursday. Went ALL out with the large seafood tower and meat smorgasbord. Family in town .. why not?!! Food came ONE hr (probably more) after we ordered it. Assistant Manager was completely unapologetic. Steak had NO sear (judge for yourself) and she looked at me like I was an idiot and that that was the way it was. The signature pork chop was super duper dry. Unbelievable ... The service and the way they completely ignored our complaints really upset me and I sincerely wonder if I'll ever go back. The Manager came up later but the damage was already done. I felt like my business and my dollars were no good here. What does it take to have somebody listen to you? How do I matter to a business like this?Note: seafood tower was bomb. Bread was amazing. Server was on pt. The wine was good.

Having dined many times at Perry’s in both Dallas and Frisco, my son and I went to Perry’s near DFW for a pleasant, upscale dinner. Instead, it was a disaster. We booked on Open Table yet waited more than 20 minutes to get a table. We were then seated at a wobbly bar top table outside next to a brick wall with a ceiling heater and a gas fireplace billowing out hot air. When we told the Asst. Manager (who seated us) that it was hot, she said yes it’s little hot out here, but did nothing to improve the situation. After tracking down our server, we asked to move inside and were seated in the bar area – that seemed more like a red neck rodeo than an upscale restaurant. The volume was deafening with people shouting at each other. We observed a man vaping and wearing a ball cap. We were seated next to where the dirty dishes were placed, and the bussers dumped each pan of dishes with a commensurate crash. We asked to speak to the manager and the same Asst. Manager came to our table. We addressed our concerns with her, and she admitted that the noise level was a problem, but did nothing to improve the situation. We ordered food and after an unusually long wait, our salads arrived. The portion size was about ½ the usual size of a Perry’s salad. We attempted to eat the salad, but it was full of black pepper. We could not eat it. We then were served filets – medium rare, but they were more like medium. The filets, too, were full of pepper. We then called for the Manager who did nothing to improve the situation. We asked to be moved to a regular table, but he said nothing was available. I then asked for the check so we could go get dinner at Truluck’s (which was SOOOOO awesome). The manager brought the check and charged me for one of the steaks that we did not eat. I told him that I was not paying for the steak. He finally adjusted the check and I paid $45 for three cocktails that we consumed. Upon exiting the restaurant, I observed multiple empty tables in the dining room – it was still loud but not quite as bad as the bar. This was NOT a Perry’s experience. If you enjoy red neck rodeos with over peppered food, along with poor service, then this is the place for you.

If you are looking for a steak house that is always consistently pretty good then this is the place for you. I like Perry’s because it’s a good steak house with pretty good mocktails. The service is ALWAYS awesome! Great place for a special occasion.Kid-friendliness: Always see kids with their families here.

Please be aware this review is for Grapevine location ONLY! The staff was the best customer service I've had in years. Food was delicious and the building is beautiful. My wife has a shellfish allergy and they accommodated and made sure she did not have the slightest reservation about eating there. We were reluctant to go based on a previous experience at the Downtown Dallas location but was very glad we did. Will definitely come back.

The reason for not being 5 stars was because the hostesses gave our table to another party even though we had a reservation. I felt they overlooked me because I tried to be nonchalant about not having our table ready, because when my brother went they immediately gave us a table (even though I had asked multiple times). But besides that, everything else was excellent. It might be pricey but there’s a good reason for it. The food and service was amazing. Our waiter was really attentive and gave us really good suggestions.Parking: There’s valet but also free parking spots.

Excellent food. I had a 10oz filet well done that was delicious. The fried asparagus with crab on top was excellent too. The pork chop is one of their specialties also. Really thick and over two pounds of meat with four ribs included! It ain't cheap though, so be sure to work a lil overtime for the week! Also very good cocktails. Creamed spinach was excellent.
