I should give you, the company, negative stars for not keeping your promise to the outstanding baristas here and everywhere to allow tipping in mobile orders. This Starbucks has one of the best crews/baristas/teams I've ever encountered, esp in the area! They are all so friendly, even when it's busy. I'm here pretty often and they remember my name and drink order and are so kind. They seem to work well together and communicate well with each other, too. Thanks, guys!

Took 5 min for 2nd barista to take my order. She was there, just on her phone. Then she rang in my order wrong. Then didn't help the guy making drinks, etc. Took 14 min to get the wrong order.
