“Food is to die for as the expression goes. The flavor profile is phenomenal for every dish we tried. Service was beyond our expectations, super fast. Ambience was contemporary with hip hop music streaming in background. Will definitely do this again, family friendly and kids friendly“
“If you're into big portions, delicious food, and great prices, this place is perfect! I was in Dallas for a work trip and we came here for da casual dinner. We tried the crab Rangoon, summer rolls, spring rolls, egg drop soup, and seaweed salad for appetizers. All of which were delicious aside from the egg drop soup which came out cold. For dinner, I got the clay pot with chicken, a side of soft tofu rice, and mango sticky rice for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious and absolutely HUGE! I ate and ate and could hardly make a dent. The clay pot alone could have been split between 3 people. Definitely shareable portions! Overall, this place was a great dinner choice. Just make sure you come hungry! PS There are no cocktails, just beer and wine.“
“Stopped by for late lunch on a whim, and very happy we did! Service was very helpful answering questions, and the food came out SUPER fast. We got the hot/sour soup base w/ fish, and the green pepper soup base w/ pork intestine. Green pepper had a great deep flavor, but personally I would choose to keep going back to hot/sour because the sour note is refreshing long-term. Both were delicious, and we needed to-go containers for each. Each bowl was $15.If we were closer to Carrollton, we'd definitely come here more often!“
“I recently dined at 206 Luster Grill and had an exceptional experience. The sushi was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and freshness. Moreover, the customer service was outstanding; the staff was attentive, friendly, and ensured our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for top-notch sushi and superb customer service ?“
“You will know what the true taste of gomtang is. However, it is unfortunate that there are still many people who do not know the difference between seolleongtang and gomtang. There are too many people in Dallas who can't tell the difference between gomtang and seolleongtang, but can't tell the difference between jjajangmyeon and jjamppong. And the foods I personally recommend are shrimp paste and broiler soybean paste soup. Broiler chicken is a true work of art.“
“Found this place a few months ago. Have only tried the chicken and shrimp pad thai. First time I tried it I got a spice level 3 and it was way too spicy for me. Spice level 1 always seems a bit spicy also, but I need my food to have a little kick lol. The chicken today was a little tough ? but they made my order exactly how I requested. ?“
“If you're seeking a dining experience that transcends mere food and transcends into the realm of family warmth, look no further than Pho Express in Carrollton. My family and I have been loyal patrons for several years now, and each visit feels like a homecoming.Let's talk about the food first. Pho Express offers a culinary journey that's nothing short of phenomenal. From their signature pho dishes to the tantalizing appetizers, every bite is a burst of flavor that leaves us craving more. It's evident that the dishes are crafted with care and love, making every meal a memorable one.But what truly sets Pho Express apart is the exceptional customer service. This isn't just a restaurant; it's a family affair. Mom is the master chef behind the scenes, Dad is the jack-of-all-trades, and the brother and sister duo handle everything from waiting tables to cleaning up with smiles on their faces. From the moment we step through the door, we're greeted like long-lost relatives returning home. The genuine warmth and hospitality extended by the staff make us feel cherished and valued. It's heartwarming to see how they remember not just our faces, but also take the time to inquire about our lives and share in our joys.My children, in particular, are enamored with the experience. They eagerly anticipate our visits to Pho Express, knowing that they'll be met with hugs and genuine interest in their lives. It's a testament to the familial atmosphere cultivated by the owners and staff.Whether we visit as a complete family unit or individually, we're always welcomed with open arms. It's a place where delicious food meets heartfelt hospitality, creating memories that linger long after the meal is over. If you're in Carrollton and craving a dose of warmth and flavor, do yourself a favor and pay a visit to Pho Express. You won't be disappointed.“
“A last minute, impulse date night! We came super last minute so it was kinda dead? But still good lol.Lots of positive! The menu was very simple with stellar favs and classics. I got the cold spicy noodles with beef. My fiancé got katsu. The portions were 10/10, a bit on the pricey end, but for the quality of food it was worth it.The lady at checkout was very nice and explained some of the dishes to us! She was super helpful and gave us her recommendations for first timers.“
“You know that scene in "Frozen" where they're singing and the one says "we finish each other's..." and the other says "...sandwiches"? That's basically how it is with me and my wife. It usually starts out with her saying "you know what I could go for?" and me saying the random and semi-obscure thing she could go for because I was thinking the same thing.Anywho, the "thing" was soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao) this time, and our mutual craving led us to finally try Wu Wei Din, which had been on our list for a while now because we had heard good things about it. And we were not disappointed! They have an extensive menu of authentic Chinese/Taiwanese cuisine (if I were smarter I'd be able to tell you the specific region. I believe it comes from the *tasty* region of that part of the world), and for you normies out there they've also got a large, and I'm sure delicious, section of the menu labeled "American Favorites". You get you some crab rangoons and don't let anybody yuck your yum.But I digress. First up was scallion pancake. Delicious and crispy! I found that the chili oil at the table was a great complement to it. Not your average chinese-restaurant-chili-oil. After that, we tucked into our raison-d'être, the Xiao Long Bao (we went pork). These were fantastic! We've had these at several places now and these were easily among the best we've ever had. From there we went to the pork-and-shrimp with leek steamed dumplings and let me tell you, the flavor and texture were outstanding! Different and very tasty dipping sauce with them. Next up, we got the Dan Dan Noodles with braised pork. I've had these at several places as well. Sometimes they're more on the spicy end with just a hint of peanut; sometimes they're basically peanut butter soup noodles (ew). Here at WWD they were definitely peanut-forward but not sugary sweet (yay!) and incredibly tasty. The noodles themselves were well prepared and tender. I downed the sauce after we finished the noodles and would've licked the bowl if I thought I could get away with it. Last up were the spicy pork and shrimp wontons. I was pleasantly surprised that the sauce included the numb spice in them, which if you haven't experienced it, make every effort to do so. It's addicting. These had a pleasant level of heat-- my wife is a bad Mexican who doesn't like spicy food and she could handle it just fine -- and the flavor was exquisite. The wonton texture itself was also some of the best I've had in the area. The service was top notch. We got there around 5:30 on a Friday and while it was starting to fill up we never felt too rushed or neglected and we got our food quickly. Host and servers were super friendly in a genuine way. Atmosphere was pleasant. For the sheer amount of food we got the prices seemed pretty reasonable. We will absolutely be back, and soon.“
“I ordered the beef noodles. SOO good, I ordered it to go and it came piping hot with a side of kimchi. The noodles are creamy and silky texture! Love that! The broth is good quality but those noodles steal the show. Their kimchi is also really good. One of the best restaurant kimchi’s.“
“stop whatever you're doing and get your booty down to this restaurant, it is seriously amazing. they have tons of options for ramen and rice bowls along with several sides to choose from. you can customize your ramen and rice as well and the flavor is so amazing. i got the spicy tonkotsu ramen and it was absolutely perfect. the service was quick as well! i cannot recommend this place enough.“
“I'evordered from here before and will continue to do so! Owner is very friendly and accommodating! However, we learned to NEVER order through GRUBHUB, even for pjckup! We have GRUBHUB+ and they charged us a dollar more per entree vs just ordering through website! Plus, it was a limited menu compared to what was offered on website.I'd rather tip owner 2 extra dollars! We will be canceling our GH+ membership (even though it's free through Amazon.)Disappointed with GH, but ALWAYS happy with Street Bowl Scratch Kitchen!!“
“A very pleasant surprise! A very nondescript place with excellent thai food, everything was cooked to perfection, I also cant believe how affordable this place is as well and to top it off the portions are incredibly generous. Made me feel like I am back in Asia. Service was also excellent- they checked up on me just the right number of times, they were informative and food was seriously delivered instantly. 10 stars out of 5!“
“I'm so impressed, I have my new favorite place. I'm in love with the "Tom yam Goong" soup. It's bursting with so much flavor. You can choose your level of spice,I came for lunch and loved it so much I'm back for dinner.“
“Thai Noodle is a hidden gem, very authentic in flavor. I cannot say enough, if you like Thai this place is worth the drive. The yellow and red curry were savory and the spice level was just right (there's levels 1-5). They also had loose leaf Jasmine tea that hit the spot to finish off our meal.“
“Staff moves quickly but they don’t check up on you very much. I love the food. Skewers are fantastic, and they make veggies taste heavenly. My favorites are the lamb skewers and the hibachi cauliflower and hibachi broccoli. They have a house specialty spice mix that taste really good. They use a lot of cumin; normally dislike cumin and find it overpowering, but at Fat Ni there is something about the other spices that they mix it with that tastes amazing. Especially if you squeeze a bit of lemon on top of your foodKid-friendliness: The vibe is very casual and kid friendly. But the food might not be; it depends on how much your kids tolerate spice. Most of the food is not spicy, it just has a lot of different spices in it.“
“I've been going there for years. They are really great. The food is delicious, but I go there for the exceptional service. I don't eat out much, V's gets the majority of that budget. They have an excellent selection to choose from. Over time I have learned most of their names. Shout out to Henry and Tall, both excellent managers. They genuinely care and it shows. Silvanus is my favorite server. He is so attentive. He actually knows my usual order. Memorized. Professional. He anticipates my needs. Often before I even know I wanted it. I will be a lifelong customer.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves sushi. Because of this place. She was younger, about 5-6 years old. She wanted to bring her baby doll with her... After sitting down the older, tall manager came to the table. ( Asian gentleman with limited English. - named "Tall" ) He offered my daughter an infant's booster stool, for her baby doll. She was soooo happy. For an adult (wise old man) to join in her imagination.... Priceless. It was at that moment I knew we had found our permanent sushi place. His lack of language did not impact his sincere and sweet gesture. We were both delighted. In fact, just this weekend, we were discussing sushi and this place... (Not actually eating there, mind you, just talking about it.) My daughter said, "Daddy, they're like Family." That's when I realized writing a review was long overdue.“
“The hundreds of times me and my boyfriend have dined here, it’s almost rude of me that I’ve never left a good review! They have the best vegan clay pot with your choice of vegan protein! I usually get shrimp and the bf gets vegan chicken. Their vegan drumsticks are SO GOOD! Definitely get those as an appetizer. We always get Vegan chicken sesame as a third dish to share bc we want it ALL, apparently ? not to mention their dairy free ice cream ? The service is so good too! They check on you literally every 10 min or so. From meat eaters, meatless Mondays to full on vegan/vegetarians; this place will not disappoint you!“
“This is some of the better thai food you will get in flower mound. It is very consistent but doesn't have as authentic of a flavor as you might be looking for if you are used to eating in thai places that are closer to city centers where you will find more authenticity. That being said, I'm always treated well there. The food always comes out in good time and always has good flavor, sometimes great. The venue is what you would expect from a smaller Asian food restaurant. Clean , but nothing special.“
“The food was excellent! The food is certified Halal. We ordered the Larb Gai Salad and the Cashew Chicken Stir-Fry with Rice. We drank Ginger Green Tea and Lemongrass Green Tea. The Thai food was on point. I was impressed that they had a Gluten-Free menu for me to order from. It limited my options, but made eating a safe experience. The bathrooms were impressively clean. Several of the staff stopped by to see how we were doing. There were several things on the menu that I would like to try and I plan on returning to try them out.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-Free menu“
“It is the very best Chinese food. My family and I have never had a bad meal. We are long-time customers. We either eat there or have it delivered. If you want the best and the most delicious Chinese food, I highly recommend the Harvest Chinese restaurant.“
“Mulan is a great place for super reliable Chinese food. I recommend getting the dumplings or noodles when coming here, as they're made in-house and nothing beats fresh dumplings or noodles. The interior is very modern and casual, great for a quick lunch or dinner spot. The service is quick and helpful.“
“I crossed over to the dark side today and ordered the kopegki jja jjang myeon for a change. It was larger than I expected. When I was getting a little bit dry on sauce, one of the employees came out and brought me a bowl of sauce and said “you looked like you needed more sauce”, and that my friends is why you should try this place out. It is one of the only places in DFW where you can get authentic “tastes like the ones in Korean diners in Korea” for this price. The only bad part is that the dining area gets crowded sometimes and people are always walking past you because it’s near an entrance. The XL one is 13.99 the regular size one is 10.99 . Can’t beat those prices in this inflation riddled economy. The diner is inside Zion Market food court if you are confused where it is on your maps.Parking: A lot of parking unless you come here on Saturday evening.Kid-friendliness: I see people eating here with their kids all the time. A lot of seats most times. Open seating don’t need a reservation.“
“The food here is very good. We were craving a Valentines Day meal of Jajangmeon, Tangsuyuk, and Jampbong. The noodles are great! All foods were delicious. We felt like this is the closest to the authentic taste like you'd get in Korea of anywhere we've been to in DFW. We will definitely come back.“
“Great food and excellent service. I ordered online for pick up and accidentally selected the Southlake location, meaning to choose Coppell. I noticed it immediately and called Southlake to explain, the urged me not to worry, they would call and put the order in and I can go pick up at Coppell. Thank you for going above and beyond!“
