It was clean, not too loud, and staff was nice.
Firehouse Subs in Coppell, TX is AWESOME! The Staff is GREAT and food is always consistently wonderful! The app can use some work. We had issues redeeming an offer through the app, but the Manager was able to make it work. My only suggestion is for Firehouse Subs Corporate to empower their Stores to be able to offer the same offers/sales in Store as on the app, in the case the app acts buggy like mine was doing.

Firehouse Subs Coppell Denton Tap is a beloved location known for keeping hot sub sandwiches warm and delicious for customers. Customers appreciate the friendly staff and tasty subs like the Hook and Ladder and Italian sub. The service is exceptional, with employees accommodating kids trying on firefighter gear. While some suggest removing the tip option, overall, the food quality and service at this location have won over even those who were not initially fans of fast-food subs.
