“Updated review: I am giving 4 stars so I don’t “affect the business”. The reason for the loss of a star was the way the second call was handled: cutting me off and telling me my review was the reason the business was being affected.

I went into the store to receive a cash refund for the remaining amount I was still owed, and they offered a complimentary drink, which I appreciate. The Horchata boba is delicious! The employee that was there at the time was great!

I just wish this had been handled a bit better. I shouldn't have had to deal with attitude, calls being hung up on, and the overall issue with their system not being able to issue a full refund—which is the real thing affecting the business.

1st review: DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU BEFORE CHECKING TO MAKE SURE THEY CAN PROVIDE YOUR ORDER, AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR TIP AMOUNT. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE HUNG UP ON ME MULTIPLE TIMES.“

“I just got the diet cherry lime aid with extra lime 1.00 more. Well I just learned they use artificial lime syrup in a pump not real squeezed limes. The syrup makes it to sweet and doesn'ttastelike lime. They remade it for me with real xxxlime squeezed in it. You have to ask for it to be squeezed now or you get syrup. Thank you for the remake.“

“Went to Milkshakes and More for the first time and had such a great experience. The owner was there and was super welcoming from the moment I walked in. I honestly had no idea what to order, so I told him the kind of flavors I usually like and he recommended a few drinks based on my taste. He even told me that if I didn’t like the one he made, he’d make me another one so I could find something I actually enjoyed. That kind of customer service really stood out to me.

Absolutely loved talking to him too. He was really friendly, easy to talk to, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and the business. “I had this location make a custom heart shaped Valentine cake for me. Had a special inscription which was A-line from our favorite song "When you say nothing at all". They did an outstanding job. My wife loved it!“

“My family was looking for a place to enjoy a Sunday evening treat. Having enjoyed gelato elsewhere, we craved some not in a quart container in the frozen section.
I googled the closest one and landed here. From the store front to the inside, the shop is appealing with bit outside and inside seating.
We were created warmly by Ashka who served us with patience and gentleness and i observed from our table that offered the same attention to every person she served. She gave samples, kind suggestions and was having a beautiful smile.
The flavors are diverse but ours were cookies and cream, apple pie, salted caramel and espresso. The portion sizes are generous with the small getting you 1 scoops and you can choose 2 flavors for that. You can also purchase a pint or a quart of your favorite flavors and for the cups, you have a guide at the top of the counter to show you how each cup looks once filled.
In the inside sitting area, there were games put on the tables to allow patrons to play as they enjoy the delicious treat.

“It is a small, nice, clean place. But I must say that it is a little more expensive than other places that sell the same products. Apparently their specialty is strawberries with cream because we ate there and everyone asked for strawberries with cream. I tried the strawberries with cream and they are very good but the nuts seem to be of very low quality or very old and that makes it take away from their signature dish. If you go, you should ask for them without nuts. Maybe we will come back to try some other different dishes.“

“For our school’s field trip yesterday our Summer Adventure Club ventured to the Cold Stone Creamery in Flower Mound. The Assistant Manager and her colleague were wonderful with our adventurers! They were interactive, smooth, and efficient! We took our adventurers orders in advance on a piece of paper and they called our students 2 by 2 to create their ice creams in front of them, making it a personal experience for all! We would definitely recommend this location for gatherings like ours! We had so much fun!

“I've tried Coco Bongo approximately 3 times. My top recommendation is the Oreo cup. This place has the best cookies and cream ice cream I've tried. It has a lot of Oreo cookies which usually most places with cookies n cream lack the actual cookie portion. They have really good milkshakes as well and it's a great stop for a quick sweet. I will say, the prices are a little high. I expect these prices at locations with a better and more unique ice cream selection but not at a place like this. Their butter pecan paletas are great and they have a great paleta selection. I recommend this place primarily for paletas. There is no seating area just a small table. They have a good drink selection and the service is quick. I give it a full rating because of the Oreo Cup. Give it a try :)“
