50 Best Ice Cream Shops near Coppell

“Thanks to Amanda and her crew for acing 18 separate orders for a bus of seniors yesterday! The staff made the orders quickly, everything was perfect, and the seniors were thrilled. For taste and service, Andy's in Coppell is above the rest!“

“Updated review: I am giving 4 stars so I don’t “affect the business”. The reason for the loss of a star was the way the second call was handled: cutting me off and telling me my review was the reason the business was being affected.

I went into the store to receive a cash refund for the remaining amount I was still owed, and they offered a complimentary drink, which I appreciate. The Horchata boba is delicious! The employee that was there at the time was great!

I just wish this had been handled a bit better. I shouldn't have had to deal with attitude, calls being hung up on, and the overall issue with their system not being able to issue a full refund—which is the real thing affecting the business.

1st review: DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU BEFORE CHECKING TO MAKE SURE THEY CAN PROVIDE YOUR ORDER, AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR TIP AMOUNT. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE HUNG UP ON ME MULTIPLE TIMES.“

“First time…didn’t disappoint! Love the variety to choose from“

“I just got the diet cherry lime aid with extra lime 1.00 more. Well I just learned they use artificial lime syrup in a pump not real squeezed limes. The syrup makes it to sweet and doesn'ttastelike lime. They remade it for me with real xxxlime squeezed in it. You have to ask for it to be squeezed now or you get syrup. Thank you for the remake.“

“This place is what dreams are made of! Seriously delicious! Our whole fam left happy and full for under $30.“

“Amazing flavor, super fresh, made right in front of you! The kids loved it! I wish we had one where we live. 💕“

“🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 ICE CREAM. recommend the FRIED Ice Cream“

“We love this place! The custard Taiyaki and bingsu is amazing!“

“Went to Milkshakes and More for the first time and had such a great experience. The owner was there and was super welcoming from the moment I walked in. I honestly had no idea what to order, so I told him the kind of flavors I usually like and he recommended a few drinks based on my taste. He even told me that if I didn’t like the one he made, he’d make me another one so I could find something I actually enjoyed. That kind of customer service really stood out to me.

Absolutely loved talking to him too. He was really friendly, easy to talk to, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and the business. The drink was great, the vibe was great, and the whole experience just felt very welcoming. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Great business and an even better experience!“

“Sugar & Brew is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the drinks and treats are delicious, and the service is outstanding. Everything feels fresh and made with care. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and truly makes the experience even better. Definitely a wonderful place to relax, enjoy something sweet, and spend time with family or friends. Highly recommend Sugar & Brew. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Delicious! Friendly staff. Games at the tables. Comfortable for all.“

“The ice cream is amazing and today I was impressed by the young lady who handled large orders and a difficult couple in front of me with such patience and empathy (a rare trait these days). I think her name was Isabelle. Great job kiddo!“

“I’m visiting Dallas again after 4–5 years, and Milwaukee Joe’s is still a must-stop. The service is always great, the flavors are amazing, and I love that there’s usually something new to try each time I visit. Their rotating selection is a real highlight.“

“1st…so good. 2nd, the gentleman who served me was super attentive to my order and friendly. 3rd, a must try. I got the Carmel apples and got to try chocolate.“

“So, my wife and I have been to Italy a few times and every time we went we had gelato EVERY day because it was sooo good! We spoke to Glenn at La Argentina Gelato and he told us they make it the SAME way!! We had it (pistachio, salted caramel praline, and pavlova was to die for)and let me just say Che buono…y’all!“

“It's always delicious, never fails.“

“Amazing service and drinks!“

“It is a small, nice, clean place. But I must say that it is a little more expensive than other places that sell the same products. Apparently their specialty is strawberries with cream because we ate there and everyone asked for strawberries with cream. I tried the strawberries with cream and they are very good but the nuts seem to be of very low quality or very old and that makes it take away from their signature dish. If you go, you should ask for them without nuts. Maybe we will come back to try some other different dishes.“

“Great Service, Great Ice Cream, and a Great way to beat the summer heat!“

“For our school’s field trip yesterday our Summer Adventure Club ventured to the Cold Stone Creamery in Flower Mound. The Assistant Manager and her colleague were wonderful with our adventurers! They were interactive, smooth, and efficient! We took our adventurers orders in advance on a piece of paper and they called our students 2 by 2 to create their ice creams in front of them, making it a personal experience for all! We would definitely recommend this location for gatherings like ours! We had so much fun!

P.S. they really do sing for cash tips as advertised!“

“Went there for lunch and tried their Double Pound Cheeseburger, 4 Cheese Burger, and Spicy Chicken Burger. All three tasted good and were quite satisfying. We also ordered a combo with the Spicy Chicken Burger. The fries were fine, and the shake was decent too. Nothing particularly outstanding, but the food was enjoyable. Overall, a decent dining experience.“

“I love this place!! The fruit and smoothies are my favorite 🌷“

“I always go to Braums for the ice cream and it's always good for the price. I had their 1/2 lb, jalapeño, jack cheese burger. The meat tasted a little off and the texture was a bit mushy. I still give 4 stars for the ice-cream. Thank you.“

“This is the best location! They're food is always fresh and well made. Their fries are the best because they are also fresh and not dark and old. You don't have to pick through them and throw out the bad ones, where you only have a few edible fries. The customer service here is also excellent! They make you feel like they appreciate your business and make you feel like family! 20 out of 10, I recommend!“

“It's always delicious, never fails.“

“I had this location make a custom heart shaped Valentine cake for me. Had a special inscription which was A-line from our favorite song "When you say nothing at all". They did an outstanding job. My wife loved it!“

“The ambiance is delightful, and the selection of ice cream flavors is impressive. I highly recommend visiting this place for a great experience!“

“This place is great! Some Sorority sisters and I decided to pop up at this place and convene together. Despite there being about 40 of us, service was fast. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. And now the best part...the ice cream. Oh m'gosh...so many different flavors and multiple ways to get your sweet treats. I can't wait to come back to Cafe Cream & Stone!“

“This is the best ice cream I’ve ever experienced. I’m officially obsessed and plan to return tomorrow!“

“I've tried Coco Bongo approximately 3 times. My top recommendation is the Oreo cup. This place has the best cookies and cream ice cream I've tried. It has a lot of Oreo cookies which usually most places with cookies n cream lack the actual cookie portion. They have really good milkshakes as well and it's a great stop for a quick sweet. I will say, the prices are a little high. I expect these prices at locations with a better and more unique ice cream selection but not at a place like this. Their butter pecan paletas are great and they have a great paleta selection. I recommend this place primarily for paletas. There is no seating area just a small table. They have a good drink selection and the service is quick. I give it a full rating because of the Oreo Cup. Give it a try :)“

“The one on N Collins north of 183 has a drive through!! The one in Central Arlington doesn’t. It’s worth the drive!!!“

“Glad to found this new gelato place! There are different types of flavors and best gelato with Asian flavors and Western flavors. As usual, love to taste 1st before the picture 🤣. If you already tried Europe/ Italy gelato when traveling there before, then should checking out this place. 👍“

“Yummy mangonadas and they play KCBI radio🙌“

“This is our local ice cream stop! It fits in great with all of Marty’s concepts. We stopped in today after a great lunch at Marty B’s. The young man managing the store today was beyond professional and really stood out. Highly recommend!“

“I ordered the purple rice drink and mango pomelo. The purple drink had a very satisfying chew and great flavor, not too sweet! The mango pomelo was a great combination of sweet and tart. Highly recommend if you’re walking around and want something to drink!“

“So cute and delicious snowcones!!“

“Tried the 24-K latte at Desert Avenue and it was not only stunning but delicious ✨ Served on a beautiful gold tray—it honestly felt like Dubai vibes. Paired it with an almond croissant, which was perfectly flaky and delicious. Highly recommend the lavender ice cream too—so unique and refreshing! They offer a great variety of desserts and drinks, and I truly loved everything I tried. Such a great spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere—I’ll definitely be returning!“

“This location was perfect for me! Ordering online was easy, and I was able to select exactly what I wanted without any difficulty. My order was ready right on time, and the young lady who assisted me was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. She even took the time to show me the design before I left to make sure I was completely happy with the final result. Excellent experience!“

“Never noticed this place, hope it does well! Hibiscus tea + Lychee was really good and caffiene free <3 great for after a big meal :) I like the decision to show off the big tubs of nutella 😂 very fun design choice.

Oh this place has been here for years lol I don't come to Carrollton enough“
