First time going here this Saturday and it was delicious! Excellent service! I will say there was a woman harassing an employee who seemed very busy and was trying to handle everything on her own. That customer ruined my first experience a bit, but that’s not enough to keep me from going again!
I'm a huge ice cream fan so had to come check out Pop Factory. We were visiting from out of town and loved this place so much we had to come twice. We tried froze, pina colada,banana Nutella, and coffee popsicles. We also enjoyed their waffle covered in chocolate. They were all so delicious. Highly recommend this place. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the customer service could've been better. Both times we went we were not greeted and both young ladies were lacking...read full review

Man this place was very different, I was going to turn away cause I am not a pop ice cream person but they had other stuff as well so I got a cookie and cream ice cream sandwich with white chocolate. Guys when I tell u that ice cream was soooooo good it's gone
