Don't get me wrong, my frose pop was SUPER yummy! I enjoyed every bite. But, I had no idea I was paying extra for chocolate on top, and very little of it! I initially said I didn't want any, but then I felt like I was missing out on something that normally came with it, so I said to just add a little. Had I known it was almost $2 extra, I totally would have skipped it. So...nothing wrong with the flavor, but when it was all said and done, with the topping and a tip, I basically paid $10 for a popsicle. Definitely not worth $10.

First time going here this Saturday and it was delicious! Excellent service! I will say there was a woman harassing an employee who seemed very busy and was trying to handle everything on her own. That customer ruined my first experience a bit, but that’s not enough to keep me from going again!

Worst experience ever! The employee was very rude and ignorant. She should be fired to start with. I wonder how she was hired in the first place.Saturday Night February 24 around 9:30 we went there and the girl who was working there was so rude she didn’t talk, respond to anything we asked her.I ordered a Cookies and cream macaroon she gave 2 popsicle mango and cookies and cream flavored. I told her I ordered macaroon.She walked away from the counter and started helping other guests, she served 3 guest, 1 to go order and I’m still at the counter waiting.When the other guests came to pay she’s like “MOVE” HUH.Ridiculous at this point her behavior!She finally got around and gave me the macaroon but she had charged me for 2 popsicles instead a macaroon which she owes me a refund for.She’s like it’s the same and walked away again to help other guests.I said there is a price difference can you please adjust? She did the same thing again walked away and helped everyone else. Wouldn’t talk, look at me or ever care to help.After waiting 15 minutes I got mad and said you owe me a refund I would appreciate you will get this done now. I have been waiting for a long time.Without saying a word she started to do something on the register I hoped she trying to get me a refund.Amazingly she started texting someone and ignored me again totally. Then she went cleaning! But no word of getting a refund or apology for getting my order wrong and treating me this way.***NOTE TO OWNER***PLEASE PULL UP YOUR “CAMERA” AND SEE HOW SHE INSULTED ME, MADE ME WAIT THERE 45 MINUTES AND STILL DIDN’T CARE TO RESPOND.I NEED ACTION TAKEN AGAINST SUCH PEOPLE. IT WAS HUMILIATED AND PAINFUL TO SEE HOW WAS I TREATED FOR WHAT SHE DID WRONG. SHE LITERALLY DID NOT CARE.I WAS HUMILIATED IN FRONT OF OTHER GUESTS BECAUSE I TRIED TO TALK TO HER SHE WOULDN’T AND HELPED OTHERS AND IT WAS WEIRED PEOPLE STARING AT ME. I'm a huge ice cream fan so had to come check out Pop Factory. We were visiting from out of town and loved this place so much we had to come twice. We tried froze, pina colada,banana Nutella, and coffee popsicles. We also enjoyed their waffle covered in chocolate. They were all so delicious. Highly recommend this place. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the customer service could've been better. Both times we went we were not greeted and both young ladies were lacking customer service skills.
