For our school’s field trip yesterday our Summer Adventure Club ventured to the Cold Stone Creamery in Flower Mound. The Assistant Manager and her colleague were wonderful with our adventurers! They were interactive, smooth, and efficient! We took our adventurers orders in advance on a piece of paper and they called our students 2 by 2 to create their ice creams in front of them, making it a personal experience for all! Our daughter brought a large group of her friends to Cold Stone for her birthday get together. Bianca single handedly served everyone quickly and with a smile. It's great to have great service! Great job Bianca!

The assistant manager and the young lady are interactive, smooth, and efficient, creating a personal experience for each customer. Students, birthday groups, and families enjoy the quick service and personal attention. The young lady who served guests is friendly, patient, and provides great recommendations. Lines are helped quickly even when busy, and each customer gets a personal experience. The store smells amazing and is recommended for gatherings. The ice cream is great, and the experience is fun, especially when creating giant ice cream together. Guests leave happy and will definitely return.
