“Apparently I’ve been living under a rock because I had never heard of this place, but I’m so glad I found it! I’m always looking for great restaurants that have nice patios so my dog can come along too. We got a sandwich and a protein bowl and both were delicious. Snowball approved of the bacon on my sandwich as well. We will be back!“
“So we literally stumbled across this place while heading to the Cheese Cake Factory for brunch and I’m glad we stopped in. The restaurant had an inviting, rustic Texas flare. The staff was welcoming, helpful and attentive. The drinks were good and I loved the El Tigre. The food was prepared well and tasted good. Our brunch was good but I’d love to go back to sample the rest of their menu. Thus, we’ll gladly be going back.“
“This is one of my fav places! It has the nicest atmosphere and Monica is always so kind and helpful! I’ve tasted most everything on the menu and it’s always fresh and delicious and the wait is never too long no matter how busy. It’s nice to have such a great, healthy restaurant close by. Highly recommend!“
“Portions were huge, and I’m happy they had kale available to add to my salad, unlike many competitors. Briana greeted me warmly and offered some great suggestions! She was very helpful and made me a great salad! Very happy with my first experience!“
“I built my own salad, they offer many options for protein and toppings so there's many possibilities for what you can make. The serving sizes are large and I left very full, which isn't always the case with salads! The tables could have been cleaner as there was only one table for me to sit at that wasn't covered in crumbs, but the food and service were excellent. They do charge extra for cheese as well which added almost two dollars to my bill.“
“Great location, Marshalls, Bassett etc and best Mexican fast food. Breakfast burritos are great! I enjoyed their beans and potatoes vegetarian option and my coworkers loved all the meat stuff. Best of all you get free coffee or drinks and fresh chops with salsa for an incredible price and great indoor dining “
“We arrrived without a reservation on a Friday night. There was an obvious wait, but since we were only two, we probably didn't even actually wait 5 minutes for a table. Were were sat in a banquet in the bar area. Overall this place is very well built and decorated. It has an elegant feel that is not pretentious and feels very open and comfortable. I did note the way they constructed the ceiling, which sounds weird but here's why: This buildling is part of a strip building and so has a very high roof. Rather than dropping in a ceiling, they left it open all the way up. All support structures, lighting fixtures, sound system, etc. are painted black but the cool part is that they installed sound absorbing insulation on the roof and it makes a world of difference in the overall sound level (din) in the restaurant. Even though it is completely open concept and it was packed that night, it was still very pleasant and comfortably quiet for conversation. We were greeted promptly and we asked for a queso. Chips, salsa, and the queso came quickly and all were very good. I particularly like the tortilla chips. The thickness was just right: thick enough not to break in salsa or queso, yet not too thick to be overwhelming.I did ask for a soda and it was served in a can with a glass of ice. OK, that is so odd for a place this nice that I can only assume their fountain was broken. It made no difference to me and I didn't even ask.We had the Pollo con Hongos and a combo dish. Everything went very smoothly, the food came out quickly, and everyhting was very well done, nicely presented, and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the mushroom chicken dish. The portion was large and I had plenty left over for a next-day lunch.Overall this experience was wonderful and I am looking forward to visiting again. Great date night spot. Lively enough to be really fun, but to loud to have an intimate dinner.“
“The food was delicious! Speedy service a bit expensive though. I got an avocado toast which again was delicious. It was one slice of bread and had two cherry tomatoes about 1/4 avocado, a pinch of pumkin, sesame and poopy seeds and a bit of feta and it was 7$ I also got a med vitality bowl and my total was 23$“
“I've been several times during the lunch hour. It's anyways busy which means A) it's popular/good and B) it may take a bit to order. The food is always fresh and delicious. The workers have always been attentive to my special requests and friendly. Love this place!!Vegetarian options: Lentils, chickpeas, hummus, etcDietary restrictions: All their ingredients are listed making it easy to decide what to put in and what to keep out“
“i tried salata for the first time today and it is definetly the best salad i’ve ever had! there’s so many amazing options and it was absolutely delicious. the cookies were amazing aswell. i’ll definetly be making this my go to salad place!“
“Sandwiches are always good. Our teenagers love it. We eat here about once a week. My only complaint is that the restaurants is FREEZING. Every time we go we talk about how cold it is and wonder why the fans are on even when it's cold outside. It's borderline miserable, almost like they don't want you to stay and enjoy your (now cold) food.“
“I heard about this place through my daughter and it is a truly unique way to have a sandwich. They basically core a french loaf-style bread and stuff it with your choice of lettuce and accompaniments. You can ask for the bread core as well if you like which is yummy. This is a cool twist on salad wrapped in bread or perhaps hand-held, easy to hold snack. Try this place!“
“The food was delicious! We got the California bowl (my favorite), the butternut squash soup (very tasty!), and Chicken Fresca sandwich with chips and salsa which was also good! The watermelon agua Fresca is super refreshing and tasty as well.“
“I regularly stop in to McAlister's on my lunch break. The variety of sandwich options rivals any deli I have been to. My partner loves their soups and salad options. The staff is slways patient, polite, and on the ball. They don't mind if you modify any of their specialty sandwiches. Parking is super easy, dining room is easily accessible to all, and the place is always clean. Always get the mac & cheese. Delicious every time!Parking: Easy to get a close spot.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance and dining area are easily accessible to all.“
“I ABSOLUTELY LOVE POKEWORKS.. EXCEPT THE MALE OWNER WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR FULL PORTIONS ON TOPPINGS SO PREPARE YOURSELF “FOE” THAT. THE WIFE WILL THOUGH! THEY HAVE A WORKER NAMED CALEB W. WHO IS EXTREMELY PERSONABLE AND LITERALLY MAKES IT WORTH DINING IN IF HES WORKING. HE ACTUALLY REMEMBERS THE REGULARS, AND TREATS THEM WITH SUCH KINDNESS HE SEEMS THRILLED YOU’RE THERE TO EAT (YOU WOULD THINK THIS WAS HIS STORE ON HOW WELL HE TREATS YOU AND HOW HAPPY HE ACTS TO SEE HIS CUSTOMERS). I HATE TO HAVE WRITE THIS BUT ITS VERY TRUE AND MANY OF US WHO EAT HERE ARE SUPER BUMMED WHEN THE MALE OWNER IS WORKING BECAUSE WE LITERALLY HAVE TO ASK HIM TO PUT MORE AND MORE OF OUR TOPPING ON DUE TO HIM TRYING TO GIVE YOU AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE - AND WE/YOU AS THE CUSTOMER ARE PAYING FOR A FULL PORTION! IF YOU CAN SPEAK UP FOR YOURSELF YOU’LL BE FINE BUT ITS THE FACT YOU HAVE TO DO IT WITH EACH TOPPING WITH THIS GUY (I CONSIDER THAT AS RIPPING ME OFF IN MY OPINION and that’s something I’m not putting up with so I just ask for my full portion over and over and he does it.)Hope this helps …“
