The slowest Chick-fil-A I've been to in the metro , the guys voice sounded like they were tired. Who knows maybe it was the shift or they were short staffed. I saw plenty of people but I can't say if there was something going on today and they're not usually that way .
Honestly the worst chick-fil-a experience I’ve ever had (And I’ve had well over 100). We had a mobile order through the drive thru.The woman working that we met to “take our order” was not friendly. We were sent to the pickup window where we were handed our food. No friendly customer service at either place… very bizarre for CFA and a true first time for me. I did the drive-thru order and requested my four hamburgers with 'unbuttered buns', but they decided to give me the burgers without buns LOL. This is just a friendly suggestion to check that you provide the right orders.There are no issues with the food or the personal, even they didn't provide napkins and ketchup this time. So, it is just that this time I didn't get what I ordered.
