I usually have wonderful experiences at Chick-fil-A, but my recent visits through the drive-thru here have felt a bit uncomfortable. The employee handling the window has an interaction style, including a forced, creepy smile, that comes across as unsettling and condescending rather than the warm hospitality the chain is known for. I just wanted to bring this to management's attention in hopes they can offer some coaching on customer interactions.
All employees were very kind here, the food is fast and good, it can get really busy since it's close to the mall.
