We ordered ice tea, they gave us ice tea with a bunch of lemon things so it tasted like trash.Kid-friendliness: Has a playground.
The drive-thru system needs serious work. Both lanes were long, I in the left lane and a car who came like a minute after in the right but one car ahead. From perspective you’d think when merging he’d be right in front once merged. Nope! Five cars ahead. No way it was the order takers’ but the guys running the food because I could clearly see them bring food out to random cars. As one guy in my lane but not yet merged was getting his food and asking a dumb question about getting out two cars in the right passed him up to block the obvious exit. At this point the left lane now had several cars with only two in the right and of course they ordered several minutes after all of us, with the one guy merging in front of me. You guessed it, he got his food first. As I pull up to the window/door the dude behind me then gets his order and then they ask me my name. Yep, somehow my order was skipped which you could clearly guess by the look in the guy’s face. So of course I waited several minutes for them to prepare it. I didn’t get a receipt either which makes me think they gave my food out.

Compared to other chick-fil-a. The customer service is okay. Everytime I come here it seems like they don’t wanna work here or they seemed confused most of the time. Other chick-fil-a seem faster and quicker and friendly. To be honest the only reason I order from here is because it the closest to work, but they could do better.

Rarely go to Chick-fil-A since we often have it catered, so it was nice to arrive to an almost empty drive through and get the VIP treatment, use a gift card, restock my center console with CFA sauce. Food was so good, I ate it before taking a picture, but it would look like a normal serving of grilled nuggies and waffle fries anyways. Just go eat here and save a cow.
Had multiple bad experiences here. Used to be my go to location but not anymore. It’s all to do with customer service which is crazy since that used to be what they were known for. The woman today escalated things unnecessarily because she didn’t hear my name and was down right confrontational after she had some system issue.I received an annoying template response from Jarvis the manager. Explains a lot.
