“I placed an order over the weekend for two pizzas. The delivery arrived on time, but the driver realized he was short a pizza. He quickly reassured me he'd go back to grab the other pizza and deliver that as well. Part of me expected him to forget or just let it go because it was what I assume to be a busy Saturday evening. Not only did he come back, but he did so in a very timely manner with two piping hot pizzas and great customer service. Sometimes pizza places get a lot of flack for mix-ups, but it was handled so well and we'll be happily ordering again in the future. This location was great! Thank you, again.“
“I just had an extremely kind employee help me with my order today at Pizza Hut @ 380 in Aubrey. I was rushing to get the personal pan and 1 liter soda deal that ends at 4pm. I was unaware that the deal was online only (I have been able to purchase previously at the register). She kindly said she would walk me through the process. I was having difficulty because I did not have my reading glasses and she continued to be so genuinely patient.“
“Tonight my husband and I went to the Aubrey Subway #31232. I have never been treated more disrespectfully in my life. One of the boys called me \\\"sir\\\". Cleanly I am not a \\\"sir\\\". He thought he was funny and didn't say anything like \\\"sorry\\\" until I brought it to his attention. Then he said \\\"oh, ma'am\\\". About half of the meat was taken off of my sandwich. I understand I choose the wrong bread. I excepted that and said \\\"don't worry about the bread\\\". My husband has had an attitude problem out of this young \\\"man\\\" 2 other times before. I will not return to this store until this matter is taken care of.\ \ Update**\ Today I want back to this Subway. I talked to the manager about the\\\"problem\\\" on Saturday. “Got in on the Chili Dog special, but is always good for a tasty quick bite or custom drink. Love the flavors and variety with their drinks. And who doesn't just love their ice!!! The staff is great too! Good food and drinks at a good value!“
“I went in mid afternoon for a late lunch. The kids behind the counter acted like they were counting the minutes until the end of their shift. They weren't rude or anything but they weren't real enthused to be there either. I was pleased to see livers on the menu and so I ordered a liver plate, with white gravy and Cole slaw. The kid behind the counter told me that it would be a 15 minutes wait for livers, okay I replied, I have no where to be. The livers were done in less than ten minutes and I sat down with my food. The livers were delicious and hot if not a bit under seasoned, nothing that some salt and pepper wouldn't fix. Their Cole slaw was pretty good but the gravy was a bit bland. The diet Pepsi from the fountain didn't taste right and it made me wonder when the last time the fountain and lines had been cleaned. Overall the livers were pretty awesome, the slaw okay and the rest left something to be desired. I'd go back again just for the livers .“
“Have to give it to the two guys who were working tonight. It sucks to be working late. You are 15 minutes from closing and someone pulls up to the drive through. I’ve been there. Normally, I wouldn’t go to any place that’s 30 minutes away from closing. But tonight I had no choice due to work myself. The guy who took my order was courteous and didn’t rush, and for the first time ever from Taco Bell, my hard shell tacos weren’t smushed or cracked. Shout out to both of you for ensuring stuffs just right. Sorry for the late order, but I was pleased with my empty calorie food lol.“
“I had a great experience this time! Yes, not the best record to say the least. But had a great experience from the girl who took my order, to the gentleman that took the money to Ms. Winter who gave my my food. The food was its normal deal, not the greatest but it was hot this time “
“I’ve experienced different staff in my visits, but the 3 ladies in front from 1 pm to 2 pm today on March 18, 2024 were extraordinarily kind and helpful. I highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking to have a good meal and a good day.“
“All of the Taco Bells in Denton are terrible, so I decided to give Taco Casa a shot. For my first visit, the food came out quickly and tasted great with the downsides being the higher prices and lack of combos/deals that Taco Bell has. I spent $18 for 2 soft tacos, 2 super tacos, and a large Dr. Pepper (mostly ice). I rarely spend over $10 at Taco Bell for a similar meal. Taco Casa seems to have better consistency and overall quality, which makes it a good substitute but not my first choice.“
“The person taking my order was very polite and pleasant. She paid attention to detail with my order so that when I got it....which was very quickly I might add....it was correct! All of the carhops were very fast and efficient AND had smiles on their faces. Come to find out, the girl who took my order?.... was the MANAGER! kudos to you ma'am, keep up the great work, nice to see a manager who physically helps her team succeed! VERY impressed!“
