“Clean McD with ample seating arrangement inside. The service was slow and few menu items were out of stock. The location is nice and there’s plenty of free parking available. There’s a kiosk inside to order the food and drinks. Mobile order ahead is also an options however the counter service was slow. The food & beverage taste was good.“

“Went in for the first time ever on my last visit, the dining area was fairly empty and mostly clean but very stuffy and warm. Not exactly comfortable at all. But the 4 year old wanted DQ inside so we stayed. The food was nothing to write home about. I get the burger bunless and it is put in a nice container which is great for low carbing. The boys fries were cold and pretty stale. It's fast food - so its always hit or miss with quality IMO.Kid-friendliness: Its great that each kids meal come with a frozen treat coupon on the bag!“
“The person taking my order was very polite and pleasant. She paid attention to detail with my order so that when I got it....which was very quickly I might add....it was correct! All of the carhops were very fast and efficient AND had smiles on their faces. Come to find out, the girl who took my order?.... was the MANAGER! kudos to you ma'am, keep up the great work, nice to see a manager who physically helps her team succeed! VERY impressed!“
“Tonight my husband and I went to the Aubrey Subway #31232. I have never been treated more disrespectfully in my life. One of the boys called me \\\"sir\\\". Cleanly I am not a \\\"sir\\\". He thought he was funny and didn't say anything like \\\"sorry\\\" until I brought it to his attention. Then he said \\\"oh, ma'am\\\". About half of the meat was taken off of my sandwich. I understand I choose the wrong bread. I excepted that and said \\\"don't worry about the bread\\\". My husband has had an attitude problem out of this young \\\"man\\\" 2 other times before. I will not return to this store until this matter is taken care of.\ \ Update**\ Today I want back to this Subway. I talked to the manager about the\\\"problem\\\" on Saturday. “I went in mid afternoon for a late lunch. The kids behind the counter acted like they were counting the minutes until the end of their shift. They weren't rude or anything but they weren't real enthused to be there either. I was pleased to see livers on the menu and so I ordered a liver plate, with white gravy and Cole slaw. The kid behind the counter told me that it would be a 15 minutes wait for livers, okay I replied, I have no where to be. The livers were done in less than ten minutes and I sat down with my food. The livers were delicious and hot if not a bit under seasoned, nothing that some salt and pepper wouldn't fix. Their Cole slaw was pretty good but the gravy was a bit bland. The diet Pepsi from the fountain didn't taste right and it made me wonder when the last time the fountain and lines had been cleaned. Overall the livers were pretty awesome, the slaw okay and the rest left something to be desired. I'd go back again just for the livers .“
“Have to give it to the two guys who were working tonight. It sucks to be working late. You are 15 minutes from closing and someone pulls up to the drive through. I’ve been there. Normally, I wouldn’t go to any place that’s 30 minutes away from closing. But tonight I had no choice due to work myself. The guy who took my order was courteous and didn’t rush, and for the first time ever from Taco Bell, my hard shell tacos weren’t smushed or cracked. Shout out to both of you for ensuring stuffs just right. Sorry for the late order, but I was pleased with my empty calorie food lol.“
“I eat here once a week, not only because pilot point doesn’t have a ton of options but because this Subway location is so clean and the staff so friendly. From my experience at various locations, I know Subway can be hit or miss depending on the staff and quality. I’ve been eating here for over a decade now and it’s never disappointed me. It’s ironic that the subway in a small gas station convenience store is cleaner than most I’ve been to, but I’m very happy it is! Also, they do a good job at baking the cookies just right!“
