The past two times we have been to this Pizza Hut we paid on the app. We sent someone to get our food and the Manager required her to give him her card. We were under the impression he charged us twice. When we went check and make sure he didn't double charge us. He was rude and told us not to accuse him of theft. Very defensive man. This Pizza Hut needs to stop asking for a credit cards twice if people order online. Even if he needs a signed reciept for pick up. Or send someone...read full review
They provided great service and food to our group after the Homecoming Game!! I will definitely come back the next time I’m in Pilot Point!!!

Pizza Hut in Pilot Point is under new management. The facility is spotlessly clean with gleaming floors and a fresh, welcoming vibe. The food is hot and delicious, with perfect crust, gooey cheese, and fresh toppings on pepperoni and stuffed crust pies. The service is fantastic and excellent. Cordie the GM is very professional and courteous, the sweetest lady who cares about customers and food quality. Kimberly and the rest of the staff are amazing. Wonderful employees create a small town feel at a chain store. Great Rock and Roll music plays. The place is well managed and will be remodeling soon. A 78 year old man had his first PIZZA here and will be back. Five stars, highly recommend.
