“I stopped by for lunch on Monday, July 21, 2026, around 10:45 a.m. The woman working the drive-thru was incredibly sweet and kind. She truly made my day with her friendly attitude and excellent customer service!
I didn't catch her name, but she had black and blue hair, several tattoos, and pretty eye makeup. I just wanted to recognize her for making my visit such a positive experience. She deserves a shout-out and a raise! 💜“

“Just came through the Drive Thru, had a mobile order for Moe. The General Manager was very nice and the food was AMAZING, probably the best it’s ever been here. It was phenomenal, I only took one bite and had to leave a review. Who ever they put in charge here is doing an AMAZING job. 10/10 would try again, definitely coming back here for more 😊“

“This Fatburger is inside a gas and convenience store along I-35 in Sanger. The staff was super nice. We stopped on Sunday and there was no wait. The impossible burger was available and enjoyed. And the regular one was good too. Wish there were more Fatburger shops in North Texas.“

I went in today June 18, 2026, and the restaurant was very busy, including Drive thru. The manager and employees went above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service despite the rush hour. Thank you guys . My food was hot and fresh. I've been coming here since day one and they have always treated me like a VIP 😃, I appreciate it !“

“I often have poor experiences at other McDonald's locations, but every time I come here, I leave with 100% satisfaction. 1. They never rush me when placing my order. 2. They're very polite, even if I miss something and have to add it at the window. 3. When we pull up to the window, were ALWAYS greeted with a smile. 4. If they happen to get your order wrong, they go above and beyond to fix it. Overall, Karter(with a K) and Mr. Dre were amazing. They really changed my perspective of McDonalds. Thanks guys!“

“I come here every morning. Even though everyone is awesome there, there is one girl named Marissa that has the best customer service skills I have ever seen. Always has a big smile and is really efficient and nice. She needs a little recognition.

“On our way to East Texas for a Cousins Reunion, couldn't wait to cross into Texas so I could get a steak finger basket... one of my favorites!! We hadn't been in very long and just started eating, when my husband started choking on his nachos. It wasn't the food it was his throat issues! He went out the door and I ran to the counter to ask for a cup to take him simms water. I told the lady what was going on, she grabbed a cup and took off for the kitchen to get water!! Her name was Angie and she moved very quickly for someone in a knee brace! When he came back in and sat down, Angie came over to check on him and talk to us. He assured her it was not the food - it was just something that happens when he gets in a hurry. She went above and beyond in kindness, to help us!! We both appreciated her more than words could express!!

“Call first to make sure they are open. Your chicken will always be fresh they never have any available when you arrive. Short wait, about 15 minutes. Unique Cajun side dishes such as jambalaya, red beans & rice and boudin. Rather expensive...two legs, one breast and small mashed potatoes. $10.63...no drink. Equal to Popeyes but 30 miles closer. Count your pieces of chicken before leaving to make sure they included everything.“
