9 Best Fast Food Restaurants in Gainesville

“I love the Taco Casa in Gainesville, i've been going to it to eat for so long i remember when it was on Grand avenue and they had the Mortal Kombat Arcade cabinates. Love it.

But here in the last few months the quality of the beans have gone down. It doesn't taste the same and it's dissapointing.
The beans are water almost runny and grittier too, Just over all not good.
I hope it's just a phase that will pass because otherwise I do really love Taco Casa.“

“Went to Freddy’s last night to celebrate a friends birthday. Our burgers and fries were hot, fresh and delicious! Then we had hot fudge sundaes…sooo good! The employees were all helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to go back for another Freddy’s meal.“

“I think their Mountain Dew Baja soda is out more than McDonald's ice cream machine & of course it's the drink my son wants every time we go. Their prices have gone up too much on some items, I was disappointed to find the beefy 5 layer is now a premium item on the $6 box & if I want the gordita I have to pay extra.“

But yesterday I had an amazing experience Avery was very nice full of energy just made me feel good about choosing to come to chick fil a . I got the jalapeno bacon ranch with Fries and a drink. All my food was hot and fresh . The only down fall was the sandwhich only had two tiny pieces of bacon and the picture shows 3 I asked for extra pickle only got 2 total and 3 jalapeno on the sandwhich . But other than that it was good.“

“We are regulars at the Golden Chick in Gainesville, TX. A Shout Out to the manager, Daniel, for being friendly and helpful. The other employees are great also, friendly and competent. We enjoy grilled chicken, chicken tenders and cream gravy, a side such as fried okra, and a buttered roll. Great fast lunch.“

I went in today June 18, 2026, and the restaurant was very busy, including Drive thru. The manager and employees went above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service despite the rush hour. Thank you guys . My food was hot and fresh. I've been coming here since day one and they have always treated me like a VIP 😃, I appreciate it !“
