“Chicken Express in Gainesville Tx. is Awesome!!!! The staff is always courteous and professional and the food is great! I have personally seen the owner go out of his way to accommodate some less fortunate people in our community and for that I commend you! I love Chicken Express!!!!!!“

“Phillip the manager was a lifesaver. He went above and beyond for something that was 100% MY mistake. I ordered online but I ordered it at the location by my house (I was 45 mins away from there) and when I realized what I had done - I called, he said he would take care of it. I showed up 6 hours later on my way home and he went ahead and made my food fresh for me. Super nice and helpful guy.“

“We are regulars at the Golden Chick in Gainesville, TX. A Shout Out to the manager, Daniel, for being friendly and helpful. The other employees are great also, friendly and competent. We enjoy grilled chicken, chicken tenders and cream gravy, a side such as fried okra, and a buttered roll. Great fast lunch.“

“Where do I start. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
I went in today June 18, 2026, and the restaurant was very busy, including Drive thru. The manager and employees went above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service despite the rush hour. Thank you guys . My food was hot and fresh. I've been coming here since day one and they have always treated me like a VIP 😃, I appreciate it !“

“Gentleman who took my order was incredibly nice and didn't hesitate to answer my questions in the slightest, and was helping out the young woman next to him whenever he had the chance to. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic with the decorations. Would highly recommend.“
