“Cassandra took my order tonight and was so sweet and fun that I had to write a review. She has that warm caring vibe about her that just made the night so much better!

There were several examples but one was that I asked for cherries and she came back with it and said she made a face on the top with them. Lol

Just so sweet! Even though I'm 47 I felt like a kid getting my icecream but getting it from someone nice like this just makes it that much better!

She seemed to naturally just go above and beyond and has that oldschool class and work ethic that you sadly dont see as much anymore.

So PLEASE SONIC, do something nice for Miss Cassandra!! :) 🙏

“Overall much better than most Wendy's. Even the Coke Freestyle machine was actually clean and even though drinks never taste exactly right, it was a significant improvement over the last Wendy's I went to in Rockwall. The chicken sandwiches from the Biggie Bag were hot and fresh.

The dining room while clean seems to be mimicking the dentist office look McDonald's pioneered. It's not something anyone should copy.“

“Came to celebrate my sister in law and brother in law’s birthdays, so we had 11 people total. Arrived by noon and they were able to get us all seated pretty quickly! I didn’t hear any complaints about food, but I will say The Sundance Kid burger I had was DELICIOUS! If you can’t decide what side to get between fries, chips, or onion rings… skip the fries! The chips were pure deliciousness in my mouth and my husband and daughter swore up and down the onion rings were the best they ever had. Sophie was very attentive and personable and didn’t mind my 6yo talking too much, which is always a plus when people have patience for the youngest of the younger crowd! Between the atmosphere (even the bathrooms smelled nice and were super clean!), the wonderful staff, and the delicious burgers, we would love to come back! As my youngest said: “I give this place a ten out of ten stars!”“

“These burgers are a bit on the pricier side, but they are gigantic and delicious. We’ve ordered for pickup and delivery several times, and if you have some time I definitely recommend eating in the restaurant or at least picking up your order yourself, as things tend to get soggy.
Things that stood out to me on this particular visit:
Neither myself or any of the customers that walked in (there were several) were greeted or even acknowledged. The phone was also ringing nonstop and was never answered. The two people working were extremely busy, but a simple, “Hi, welcome in, we’ll be with you in a moment” would’ve sufficed. I do also wish they were open a bit later especially for Fridays and Saturdays, it certainly appeared they were busy enough for it. I have to let it slide though, as the food, specifically the 2AM burger was phenomenal.“
