“I placed an order online but after working 12 hrs I did not verify the store location and ordered it at another store. When I went to pick it up they said they did not have the order. I called the other stores and was told that because the food was ready they could not refund me. Which was fine, it was my mistake after all.

The manager heard this and called the store as well. After a discussion he told me that was not right and he was going to take care of us. This is why we come here, they are great people and take care of their customers first and foremost. Thank you again guys.“

“It's surprising to see some of the reviews for this BK (35 E North & Swisher). I love BK and purchase the whopper sandwich (always with extra pickles and mayonnaise), regardless of the location I visit, at least once a week if not more.

There are three BK's within the same driving distance and proximity from where I live. Having purchased from all three, this location next to Discount Tire, is my favorite.

Why? Customer service. Every single visit, I am greeted with friendly smiles and cheerful people working at this location. 100% consistent great customer service.

The food is always fresh and made perfectly to my order.

“Came to celebrate my sister in law and brother in law’s birthdays, so we had 11 people total. Arrived by noon and they were able to get us all seated pretty quickly! I didn’t hear any complaints about food, but I will say The Sundance Kid burger I had was DELICIOUS! If you can’t decide what side to get between fries, chips, or onion rings… skip the fries! The chips were pure deliciousness in my mouth and my husband and daughter swore up and down the onion rings were the best they ever had. Sophie was very attentive and personable and didn’t mind my 6yo talking too much, which is always a plus when people have patience for the youngest of the younger crowd! Between the atmosphere (even the bathrooms smelled nice and were super clean!), the wonderful staff, and the delicious burgers, we would love to come back! As my youngest said: “I give this place a ten out of ten stars!”“

“This was my first time at this establishment. I went in here because I heard the backstory about how it was supposed to be a place that started in Chicago. The atmosphere was really cool. “I was disappointed with my experience at Pastelito's Hugo in Providence Village. The food was just average and didn’t quite live up to the expectations I had. The flavors were okay but lacked the freshness and quality I was hoping for. The service was acceptable, but nothing stood out enough to make me eager to return. Overall, it was a mediocre experience with room for improvement.“

“This is a good location, and I love the variety of food options, which is one of the things I appreciate about Sonic. However, some of the food could use improvement. The ice cream is decent, but there are a few items I'd like to see enhanced.

For instance, the Texas Toast should be a bit crunchier when toasted. The burger's meat could be seasoned better and should be juicier and more tender, rather than resembling school lunch meals. Additionally, they should use a bit less sauce when dressing the burgers. The fries could also be cooked better and seasoned more effectively.

I would love to see these improvements in the future. Overall, though, it's not a bad restaurant. I really enjoy dining there, and I hope Sonic continues to offer a wide range of options and remains successful for years to come.“

“The vibe of this place smacked me in the face when I walked through the door. Ramiro was the best bartender. I was so lucky to get served by him again coincidentally I got to see him last year on my birthday!! He has always guided me in the right direction learning all the yummy shots. The other day my car battery died when I was trying to get home from class and he helped jump it. Thank you Ramiro and Cecily. I cannot express my thanks enough to every person that works here.
