“I placed an order online but after working 12 hrs I did not verify the store location and ordered it at another store. When I went to pick it up they said they did not have the order. I called the other stores and was told that because the food was ready they could not refund me. Which was fine, it was my mistake after all.

The manager heard this and called the store as well. After a discussion he told me that was not right and he was going to take care of us. This is why we come here, they are great people and take care of their customers first and foremost. Thank you again guys.“

“It's surprising to see some of the reviews for this BK (35 E North & Swisher). I love BK and purchase the whopper sandwich (always with extra pickles and mayonnaise), regardless of the location I visit, at least once a week if not more.

There are three BK's within the same driving distance and proximity from where I live. Having purchased from all three, this location next to Discount Tire, is my favorite.

Why? Customer service. Every single visit, I am greeted with friendly smiles and cheerful people working at this location. 100% consistent great customer service.

The food is always fresh and made perfectly to my order.

“Came to celebrate my sister in law and brother in law’s birthdays, so we had 11 people total. Arrived by noon and they were able to get us all seated pretty quickly! I didn’t hear any complaints about food, but I will say The Sundance Kid burger I had was DELICIOUS! If you can’t decide what side to get between fries, chips, or onion rings… skip the fries! The chips were pure deliciousness in my mouth and my husband and daughter swore up and down the onion rings were the best they ever had. Sophie was very attentive and personable and didn’t mind my 6yo talking too much, which is always a plus when people have patience for the youngest of the younger crowd! Between the atmosphere (even the bathrooms smelled nice and were super clean!), the wonderful staff, and the delicious burgers, we would love to come back! As my youngest said: “I give this place a ten out of ten stars!”“

“These burgers are a bit on the pricier side, but they are gigantic and delicious. We’ve ordered for pickup and delivery several times, and if you have some time I definitely recommend eating in the restaurant or at least picking up your order yourself, as things tend to get soggy.
Things that stood out to me on this particular visit:
Neither myself or any of the customers that walked in (there were several) were greeted or even acknowledged. The phone was also ringing nonstop and was never answered. The two people working were extremely busy, but a simple, “Hi, welcome in, we’ll be with you in a moment” would’ve sufficed. I do also wish they were open a bit later especially for Fridays and Saturdays, it certainly appeared they were busy enough for it. I have to let it slide though, as the food, specifically the 2AM burger was phenomenal.“

“We had a nice time at Tinman, mainly playing arcade games. The space was clean and they actually had a lot of cool games I’d never seen before. That said, man they love using AI generated images. I’m pretty sure most of the “artwork” on the wall was AI, the staff shirts, the game cards, all AI. I understand the idea, but to me it cheapened the overall experience. Instead of feeling like the space had a unique, thoughtful personality, the AI artwork made it feel a little artificial and impersonal. For a place that’s trying to create an experience, I think having real artwork and more original touches would go a long way.“

“Came in 5 days ago during dinner time and there was an event or collaboration happening with the nearby school. The inside was PACKED with families and their very young school-aged children, I mean barely a table or two were vacant. I expected the cashier to be overwhelmed and not very personable but he was actually very nice and helpful despite the chaotic atmosphere. I wish I got his name so I can compliment him directly for the awesome service because given the circumstances I did not expect it at all. I had even ordered alongside someone else so we had 2 orders to go and he personally handed us both of our orders at the same time so we didn't have any confusion and I really appreciated that. “So good,I didn't know this was boomer jacks it just said boomers outside,had I known we wouldn't have gone ,lucky we didn't know.Last time we had Boomer Jacks in Frisco it was awful everything was just not good.This location was by far so different, service was great,drinks were great,food was incredible everyone was so kind.The whole vibe was just so great,it was actually my husband's birthday and we had drove to Denton to shop for a little bit and ended up at Boomers,by reading a review on Reddit about a good burger at Boomers so there we landed . “I cream treats are really good, but my favorite were the cheese curds. I was told to try them with caramel and powdered sugar, that they taste like funel cake. It will be next time because I'm going there again and again for treats. I might try the burgers then.

“This is a good location, and I love the variety of food options, which is one of the things I appreciate about Sonic. However, some of the food could use improvement. The ice cream is decent, but there are a few items I'd like to see enhanced.

For instance, the Texas Toast should be a bit crunchier when toasted. The burger's meat could be seasoned better and should be juicier and more tender, rather than resembling school lunch meals. Additionally, they should use a bit less sauce when dressing the burgers. The fries could also be cooked better and seasoned more effectively.

I would love to see these improvements in the future. Overall, though, it's not a bad restaurant. I really enjoy dining there, and I hope Sonic continues to offer a wide range of options and remains successful for years to come.“

Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“
