“Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

“By far one the best and smoothest visits to a drive thru in my area. I ordered on the app before leaving my house and it was ready for me when I got there with no waiting. The gentlemen at the window were happy and fun and we chatted. And I got home with all of our food and it was correct! My family is particular and almost every item is modified. Great job y'all!“

“The staff here is always given top tier service. The food is ALWAYS HOT AND SERVED WITH A SMILE! They even go above and beyond remembering how I like my order prepared. This goes for both DAY & NIGHT SHIFT! This is how McDonalds should be!“
