“I placed an order online but after working 12 hrs I did not verify the store location and ordered it at another store. When I went to pick it up they said they did not have the order. I called the other stores and was told that because the food was ready they could not refund me. Which was fine, it was my mistake after all.

The manager heard this and called the store as well. After a discussion he told me that was not right and he was going to take care of us. This is why we come here, they are great people and take care of their customers first and foremost. Thank you again guys.”

“I picked up wings tonight not realizing my wife ordered Them 30 minutes ago. When I picked up the food, the fries were lukewarm, and that wasn’t Wingstop’s fault. I didn’t realize it and brought it to the attention of the cashier and she mentioned the order was 30 minutes old. At that point, the manager immediately had the fries remade and gave me fresh fries. That’s what I call customer service. I am so impressed in the food is always so good.”

“I have not eaten at Burger King in over 30 years. Today I had a junior brisket Burger that they advertise..I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The service was great and the workers were very courteous!

“Please note - the atmosphere is for a quick and efficient drive thru experience (I have never been inside here). The food is well prepared and very quick when ordering. I live in Denton and while the 288 location is closer, this on/off to I-35 makes this a much easier location to visit. The staff us also very welcoming.”

“I have been here a few times and the coffee is decent and staff is friendly. Only down fall is you cannot order flavored water like you can at Dutch Bro’s or 7 brew. I think I’ll stick with one of the other places.”
