“Recently I had a surprise birthday party for my wife Mary. Owners Mike his wife Ruby son Bes and daughter-in-law Red made the occasion truly a night to remember! They have a beautiful private room in the back of the restaurant and all the food that was prepared was excellent! The Service was first rate. They were very accommodating in letting my friends and Family decorate for the party. The bartender is a fine young man named Steven who is so respectful and helpful, a true asset to the establishment! My wife and I dine at Genti's often and have tried many different dishes and never disappointed! This is a true gem in the area and would highly recommend whether having a wonderful Dinner in the restaurant, having a party or ordering take out. You will truly enjoy!!”

“I was born in Indiana. When I was around 4 or 5 my Dad and used to take me to a Mr. Gattis in our small town. The memories I had were great. It reminds me of when everything was simpler and when I knew less. We recently moved to Denton. I wanted to go to a different Walmart because the one in Denton gets packed and sketchy in the evenings. As I was walking in, the bright Mr. Gatti's sign was right in front of me. I was enthralled. I immediately sent a picture to my Dad, and called my wife. My wife also went when she was a kid, and I had no idea. I forgot I even had memories of the place. We planned to go with both of our kids the following Sunday. Sunday finally came, we loaded the kids up, and we went. The space was small, but the memories are what mattered. There were now 3 generations in our family that had been, and I was proud of that. The pizza finally came. The staff were so kind and knew it meant a lot to us. Then I took the first bite.

We were smiling ear to ear.

As I was sitting there I realized, places like Mr. Gattis are what remind us of the little joys in life.

“My family and I enjoy this location, more since they moved as there is much more parking though getting out on Swisher and heading west can be a bear during traffic times. They should install a light here as there is a lot of Chick traffic and the apartment complex.

The crew is very friendly and responsive to the guests food is properly cooked and always fresh.

The establishment is always so clean and well ran, he had the best personality that any customer service and company restaurant would want! “We had our son’s rehearsal dinner here and it was FANTASTIC! Absolutely perfect! Trey and Alex (esp Trey) were amazing to work with and so helpful and friendly. They printed special menus with our choices of entrees plus the appetizers and desserts we chose. The Servers assigned to us couldn’t have been better; so attentive and responsive, and very friendly! They helped us hook up our slideshow to run in the background plus our playlist. Bonus was it was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Highly HIGHLY recommend for any event or just dinner. “Noodle bowl were very good. The soup noodle was a big bowl, more then enough for 2. The dry noodle was delicious. The pork bone soup noodle was good and light. All spice is adjustable. Popcorn chicken was very good. Waitress was very helpful explaining everything. Will definitely come back.”

“Food: Ordered the Beef Short Rib and Soon Tofu soups, both of which were amazing--the Beef Short Rib had a clean, light, rich flavor and was adequately salted, while the Soon Tofu had deeper flavors that were well balanced and kind of umami. We also had the Seafood Pancake, which had a nice crust, and you can actually taste the seafood (i.e., it wasn't eclipsed by too much pancake batter). Also, can we talk about the Banchan? It was a pleasant assortment, and it tasted fresh.

Service: Great! Nice waiters, quick service (although, we did come on a Thursday evening).
