NJ's Taqueria is a simple taco truck with covered picnic tables for on-site dining. The pastor burrito is a must-try, packed with everything but could use more refried beans. They offer a variety of frozen treats and authentic Mexican food that reminds customers of home. The burrito had good flavor, especially with the orange salsa, but was mostly rice and veggies. The chicharon Gordita was small but delicious. The friendly staff provides great service. Limited parking is available, and takeout and delivery through DoorDash are options.
