Whataburger is a popular restaurant known for its delicious food, though the service can sometimes be slow. The restaurant has received mixed reviews, with some customers reporting issues with their orders, such as receiving the wrong items or missing out on promotions. However, the staff, including the manager Abel, are praised for their efforts to correct any mistakes and ensure customer satisfaction. Customers often appreciate the positive attitude of the team, with some staff going above and beyond to fix problems and provide free samples. The food is highly praised, especially the cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches with grilled onions and jalapeños, and generous portions of fries. The restaurant also offers tasty drinks like the prickly pear raspberry, which is enjoyed by many. Overall, Whataburger offers a generally positive dining experience, with tasty menu options and a dedicated team working to provide great service.
