Been awhile since I've been to this location. Food and drink was good as usual. They were out of sleeves and I wasn't made aware of it and I burned my hand on the cup. Good customer service would have been to offer a double cup or just doing it automatically. Not loving the remodel. The new seating area is not as homey and feels claustrophobic. Always great employees who make me happy I chose to stop by. Drinks always made perfectly and I love the impossible sandwich option for a quick lunch after work. Recommend the location to everyone.
