I used to love this restaurant, but when I placed an online delivery order today they cancelled my order after 20 minutes. When I attempted to call the store, I was immediately hung up on 3 times.

Emily, the carhop, was praised for her quick help when a customer’s app didn't save drink changes, fixing the order inside with great customer service. The manager also apologized and personally made a meal to address the long wait and oversight, which was appreciated. Overall, customers find the staff very nice and are willing to return for the food and friendly service, despite the slow pace caused by understaffing.
