I went to this location at around 830 at night on Good Friday. The guy who took my order was very professional even though I had changed it a couple times. When I pulled to the window the Hispanic woman that took my payment was very nice and professional as well you could tell they were super busy and had a long day yet she kept a smile on and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Good for them and would recommend this location to anybody in the Denton area....read full review
Food is like the usual what you expect at any other Arby’s, the service is what troublesome with this location, there were just 2 cars ahead of me in the drive through and no one in the dine-in, and yet they took almost 15 mins, when I reached the service window I could see why, the attitude of the staff and the way they were treating the customers, they couldn’t care less. I found the Rueben sandwich to be lacking in both meat and sauerkraut. The meat was on one end and the small amount of sauerkraut was on the other. Very uninspiring, looked just thrown together. The horsey sauce dispenser was broken to top it all off.
