I found the Rueben sandwich to be lacking in both meat and sauerkraut. The meat was on one end and the small amount of sauerkraut was on the other. Very uninspiring, looked just thrown together. The horsey sauce dispenser was broken to top it all off.

The lady who I assume is a manager was being so rude to the workers. I waited in a practically empty drive thru for 15 minutes and overheard the manager tell the girl “don’t give her extra fries for waiting we aren’t Five Guys”

I went to this location at around 830 at night on Good Friday. The guy who took my order was very professional even though I had changed it a couple times. When I pulled to the window the Hispanic woman that took my payment was very nice and professional as well you could tell they were super busy and had a long day yet she kept a smile on and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Good for them and would recommend this location to anybody in the Denton area. There is another Arby’s off university and I would choose this one over that one any day even if I have to drive a little further the one off university is not good at all.

I ordered the King’s Hawaiian Brown Sugar Bacon Turkey Sandwich and almost all the bacon was burnt!! It's not the brown sugar glaze, it tastes burnt!! This is my first and last time buying this!! I'm not paying $10 for another burnt bacon burger!!

Here is my experience getting the Arby's brown sugar bacon burger not once, but twice. Both burgers and please forgive me I should have taken a picture both burgers came with beyond burnt bacon that overwhelmed the flavor of the burger with the taste of burnt bacon.

Food is like the usual what you expect at any other Arby’s, the service is what troublesome with this location, there were just 2 cars ahead of me in the drive through and no one in the dine-in, and yet they took almost 15 mins, when I reached the service window I could see why, the attitude of the staff and the way they were treating the customers, they couldn’t care less. Lovely location. Fast friendly excellent service by the sweetest ladies!!!! I come here on my lunch breaks from a highly stressful job, and just being able to sit in the corner and eat and stare out the window while eating is therapeutic. Very clean establishment. My only request is to PLEASE PLEASE bring back the TRIPLE CHEESE MELT. service is always 100%. Food is always 100%. Good on ya Arby's! You have a great team here!!! Give them the praise they have well earned and well deserved!!! Definitely recommend. And will definitely be back!!

So have you seen commercials or advertisement photos of fast food that look delicious and enticing but when you receive your order, you look at the photo and then back at your order in major disappointment? That's not how Rosa does it at this store #05999 Arby's. My wife and I were there yesterday, and Rosa served us the Roast Beef sandwich with curly fries. Then my wife tells me about how good the Jamocha Shake is, as I had been sitting with a view of the the aforementioned poster of this Jamocha Shake. When Rosa was preparing mine, I was hoping she wouldn't hand it to the drive through as it looked as good as the advertising poster. I was thrilled when she delivered it to me and I tore into it before realizing I should have taken a photo as it really looked exactly as the poster portrayed, complete with drizzled chocolate over the whipped cream. The flavor was better than the poster implies. The environment was clean, and the food great, but Rosa, she is the gem in my book, a real stand up customer pleasing person. Go Rosa! We will return - maybe in 10 minutes now that I have the Jamocha Shake in my mind....
