I come here all the time and tonight I’m highly upset. I’ve had Kev as my carhop already two times and this time he dropped some my sonic blast on me and my car. He just dropped my blast. Then he looked back at me and walked away. I don’t know if he having a bad night but if he doesn’t like where he works he should work somewhere else. He didn’t even greet himself, didn’t even say anything the whole interaction.

I’m tired of having to play guessing games on how my drinks are going to come out. I always order a RT44 Diet Coke with lime and typically I get 2-3 standardly sized lime wedges in my cup. Now take a standard lime wedge and cut it in half, that’s all I got today. In a RT44 that’s kinda crazy in my opinion - 1. it’s not worth even paying 50¢ for 2. it’s like a mistake was made giving me any at all.

Had to wait over 30 minutes for some fries that they forgot to bring with my original order. Initially was missing a blast and fries, but they brought the blast within 15 minutes (claimed the machine broke), but didn’t bring the fries for an additional 15 minutes. If you’re short staffed it’s okay to admit it instead of ignoring customers. Only had one person running deliveries, but someone should’ve stepped up to help.

Wait times were awful and they originally forgot to bring out the burrito I ordered and when they did it was 1/3 of the usual size and falling apart! Very upsetting all

We ordered from sonic and got home and an item was missing from our order. We called the store for over an hour with no answer. We called corporate and customer service with no way to resolve the issue. I went to the website and submitted feedback with no response. I got a reply from my feedback surgery and they offered in response a different item coupon but we have to make a purchase. So ridiculous that in order to be reimbursed we have to buy something more?! Unreal. We are done and plan on never buying sonic again. It was such a hassle to begin with and would have never been an issue if the store would have answered and made things right. This is not our first time with problems from sonic and it’s not like the food is that great and it’s so expensive. I encourage people to stay away from sonic. They are nothing but thieves.

First, let's remember why sonic is called sonic. (Service at the speed of light) pffff! Lol riiight. That's a joke. The app also sucks and they do nothing about it!!! They wouldn't need to have the app if they didn't charge $3 for a 32 oz drink. Not too mention they let they're employees get away with anything and everything. After constantly having issues with the "convenient, money saving app" and nothing being done about it, I will not be giving them another dime. Do better Sonic employees. Your sitting at 3 stars and there is a reason for that.

Waited awhile for food but I realized there might only be one server who’s working super hard to juggle digital failures and lack of staff. No one should be scheduled alone like this, but thank you to Emily who helped us a lot. Won’t be returning for awhile though since I don’t want to stress anyone out that much ever again.

I don’t mean to sound like a Karen, but I ordered a drink with light ice and the girl who brought it to me said it was light ice. Is this what light ice looks like? I feel it’s only right to post this review because it is simple instructions not followed by staff. This is still a sonic I would come to again but to mess up something as simple as light ice is a problem for me. The staff is always friendly and I enjoy coming here.
