Food was great. Had to wait for my sandwich because they were working on orders that were called in.. I'm there. The called in orders, the people weren't even there yet. I think their priorities are wrong, IMO.

Great subs wish someone would actually pick up the phone and take my order instead of hanging up mixed with not answering it in the first place. I get being busy it's called putting someone on hold ?

First time at Firehouse Subs I had the medium Roast Beef sub really good I was hungry ate all of it next time I should get a large also have some healthy choices will be back since Subway been slipping expect to wait for your sub.
