Pizza Hut in Richardson

“This location caught my continued weekly business because, I placed an order online and when I got there my order was ready on time. Cool! The young man gave me my total and I paid for it. After I paid he said, we didn't have the crust you wanted so we did handtossed. I absolutely dislike handtossed. I asked him why didn't he call me when he discovered they didn't have what I ordered. He apologized, refunded my money and allowed me to keep the pizza. That was EXCELLENT customer service. He recognized the issue and fixed it immediately. No yelling, no disregard for my issue, no attitude. There is a location 2 minutes from my house, but I would rather drive the extra 5 because of him. I hate that I forgot his name, but he is there every Wednesday.“
