This is more so for customer service more than anything. Want to give a hearty shout out to Roberto and Luis. Luis was the GM for this location. I tried to go to Pizza hut in my neighborhood in Plano one or two days prior and had no luck with trying to order online from home with the weather. I had no luck as well with finding a location that was open after I got off from work. this day seem like it was going to be the same thing. we were stuck without a car. i called in our order. I was told 1 hr fourty five minutes to two hours.
i told them if I could get a ride to pick up, I would. If not, I have no choice but to wait.
Fourty-five minutes later a sweet UTD student showed up at my door with my order

Customer service was great, the pizza was perfect, amount of toppings, sauce, perfect dough, with the garlic butter finish. Thank you for being awesome!
